Nothing I really can’t fault this place

Rooms are spacious, comfy beds, aircon, bathroom with bathtub and bidé. Everything clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too! It's basically one street away from the beach so that's wonderful! Lots of restaurants in the area to have lunch and dinner.

Well, it's difficult to find something negative about the place. Perhaps the fact that it's not soundproof but if the people next door have a bit of common sense, everyone can sleep peacefully.

The continental breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks. Location perfect for our purposes.

Everything very good

People working at the reception were always kind and available. Breakfast was nice with a great variety, do not skip it. Room looks a bit dated but everything is clean and well maintained, smells nicely, comfortable bed. Parking on the street was always available and free. I would stay here again, really liked everything!

Noise from outside, next room had air conditioner turned on and outside unit was making noise that could not be removed by closing balcony door.

This is a great place to stay, 2 minute walk to lovely beach and cafes/restaurants. Hotel is cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve traveled extensively. Owners and staff friendly and helpful. It’s a 10/10 for me.

It's just a lovely hotel. Miguel Angel is co owner with his sister. The staff are just so lovely. Location is perfect being a stone throw away from the beautiful Guardamar beach. Good showers, comfy beds and simple but substantial breakfast all excellent value. I simply do not understand why this hotel has only a 1 star rating and deserves more. It is spotlessly clean. We have been several times and wouldn't stay anywhere else whilst in Guardamar

Staff very friendly and obliging. Hotel has great cleaning staff who do a wonderful job. Continental breakfast is one of the highlights of the day. Very plentiful with great selection of fruit, yogurt, juices etc. Room we had was airy and spacious with air con. We were also lucky to have a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Hotel is just 2 mins from the beach which is probably Guardamar’s jewel in the crown.

The room tv has only two English channels to watch(BBC World News & CNN), but this is a minor quibble.

This little hotel is a gem. Right next to the beach. Sall staff very friendly. The manager was ver helpfull and let us use the printer to do our boarding passes. Breakast was continental with a lot of choices. Room cleaned everyday and toweks changed

Didn't have a mini fridge, can say newer been to a hotel without one🤷‍♂️. Al little dated.

The only negative about this place are the VERY thin walls! We could hear snoring coming from our neighbors and talking and the television even if on low.

Breakfast is basic but good value for money.

Single room is an internal room. Spacious and clean but dark and no balcony. I paid a little extra and fortunately there was a double available for a minimum amount which I should have booked in the first place. There was no issue with changing rooms. Staff were polite and amenable as they have been during previous stays. Coffee machine needs fixing or replacing.

Very friendly staff and a decent hotel for the money

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. This was my second stay and I am certain I will return.
