Lokalizacja, wyposażenie mieszkania, duża uprzejmość Pań w biurze

Podobało mi sie wszystko tylko kilka rzeczy bym poprawiała: 1. pomimo ustawień klimatyzatora i uchylania okna w mieszkaniu było b. gorąco; 2. w cz. kuchennej brakowało światła nad stołem-było ciemno; 3. gdyby łóżko zamiast pianki miało materac; 4. gdyby w oknach były rolety lub chociaż ciemne zasłony (niestety na zew. tuż przy oknach paliły się w nocy latarnie); 5. i gdyby klucze po zakończeniu pobytu można było zostawić w obiekcie-nie jeździć do biura

We arrived sooner than agreed and called the number printed on the office door as the office was closed. The lady who supposed to check us in made no fuss and arrived 10 minutes after being called. She offered even to give us a lift to the apartment, but we have had too much luggage to fit into her car so we called a taxi. The apartment was clean and warm, quiet and located very central to the main street and 10 minutes walk to Biały Jar, Winterpol ski lift that has snow lasting to up to 12 degrees Celsius. We traveled with a 7 years old, we went skiing every day, so it was important to us to have a good night sleep and facilities to dry our gear. The apartment provided both. We did not use car parking that was available to the residents as we did not have a car. The apartment was more spacious than it looked on the pictures. It was also located to the back, with balcony facing green area and the fence and therefore really quiet. There were only 2 chairs in the apartment but we took the third one from the balcony. We liked the location, the apartment and the overall experience and I can really recommend it to families and people who appreciate good night sleep and cleanliness.

About good things . Cool place, wery nice views, big rooms, very good location. We were happy that we chose this apartment (excluding the service :P ) There were a lot of shops nearby, restaurants, main street of Karpacz :)

There was no pssibility to negociate about payment - we had to pay before we received the keys, woman didnt understand that we are on 2 cars any our friends will arrive in 2 hours - too much to write anyway.. At residence were 2 "security guys" one of them was cool, no problem man and the second was - i think... sick. He let us to park in front of the gate, we drove for the shopping and He told us that he will watch over this parking place, 30 minutes later parking slot was not available for us anymore because He let somebody else to park there. We couldn't even drive at residence properties to leave there kid, unpack our things etc... Problems all the time.. He let me to park at grass near garbages.. one day later my rear bumper at the corner was scratched by another car -.-
