So nice and polite staff, always available and easy to reach. Very comfortable and clean room, located in an excellent and quiet position in Umag. Many shops near there, as well as free parking.

My stay was really perfect. Some minor details are linked to the lack of light shielding against Sunlight, so you may be forced to wake up at sunrise. Some thick curtains on door's glass would solve this. In case your sleep is not so deep, I'd also suggest to bring some earplugs with you, that will prevent any discomfort due to lack of acousting shielding from the flat upstairs.

Really nice and clean accomodation. The host was really nice and helpful. He was willing to help us with flat tire of our bikes and even pick us up. Definitely would recommend.

- beds were comfortable - good water pressure in the shower - excellent location,close to the old town - plenty of parking nearby

- overall the room and bathroom were not clean; just appears ‘clean’ with a fast glance. I.e. dust was everywhere in the room and bathroom, surfaces felt sticky, molt on the sealant in the bathroom, loose tiles in the flooring. dirty cutlery in the cupboard from previous stay. - Noisy; you hear all the bathroom sounds where the owners live and I mean everything; also during the night. As we stayed just one night and paid €26,- for one night I classify it as okay, but I would feel robbed when paying the €60,- in normal/high season if they do not improve.
