The host and her family couldn’t do enough for us they were lovely

we are a Muslim family she spoke to us rudely we was going out she said we can't come back late ask us where we are going gave us keys but the keys wouldn't open the door so we had to call her obviously we said we was sorry but we can't get in the keys wouldn't open the door her comments ohh for god sake and hung up the call she couldn't open with the keys she gave us she opened it with her bunch of keys it was freezing no heating and no hot water she said it's hard times can't help us wash our faces with freezing water

Pam was lovely. Provided facilities as stated for the night.

Unfortunately, there was blood on the towel when I was going to take a shower and the place was quite cold despite the heating. Just a heads up but you could hear the people next door (which is to be expected)

Close to London, private and peaceful, comfortable and cosy.

Car being blocked in by another car so our departure was delayed.

The cabins were very pleasant, clean and comfortable and the host was friendly.

Car parking was tight.

The location was perfect and it was a lovely cozy lodge with all the essentials. Staff were lovely.

Pamela was lovely,a really welcoming host. Great location for legoland. Had a fan which really helped to keep room cool as quite compact for 3 bodies!! Daughter loved the chillax area!!

Nothing major,I was just kept awake by noise of someone walking up and down outside our cabin at 3am!

The room was a little small, but clean and comfortable. The ensuite shower room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. There was also a kitchenette at which I especially appreciated the provision of crockery and cutlery.

It was a little far from the subway and trains, so it's a place that caters more to people who drive, for whom there is good, secure parking.

The location was perfect for Legoland. Having our own log cabin was great. The host was brilliant, she was so helpful and kind.

Just one small thing - there was only one big "poofy" pillow that we were fighting over 😄

Welcome call on the day informing us of when we expected to arrive and how to gain entry to the car park. Clean and comfortable cabins, definitely a better, more personable stay rather than a hotel chain

Everything was to our liking

The accomodation was spot clean and though cottage style had an efficient heating system. The room I stayed in had a microwave, kettle, small fridge a double bed amongst others. Its definitely worth the buck.

Cosy and comfortable. Very clean and fully self contained. As a solo traveler I felt very secure.
