Great location. Nice host. Nearby to loads of bars and restaurants. A beautiful old building with a large courtyard. Breakfast was nice. Parking was available nearby (10 mins walk). Bed was comfortable.

The room was very dark and smelled a bit damp. It was quite warm throughout the night and the aircon, although set to 17 did very little to cool the room. The lack of windows meant we had to use the aircon.

There was not a lot of daylight in room number 2. Breakfast has not privacy since it is small room (although I did not matter it must be taken into account)

The room is completely modern and new with a huge walk-in shower and excellent air conditioning. It was large and beautiful. The location is perfect in the heart of Turin. Fabio, owner and full time breakfast, front desk, manager is a delight. He's there 7 days a week helping with breakfast, collecting payments and greeting and visiting with everyone. He has 7 rooms in a residential building and knows everyone of his clients by name every morning. I've never stayed anywhere in the world with perfect rooms, perfect location and perfect staff.

A fantastic location in the centre of Turin. Set in the top of an amazing old building, this is a very carefully designed series of rooms around a main kitchen. We also had a balcony for breakfast overlooking the quadrangle in the house. Very well organised and exactly as described.

Finding it (and the associated parking) was a little like the Da Vinci code but if in getting there we had a very good look around the area.

The terrace area was really beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice! located right in the centre and so close to many restaurants, definitely recommend!
