COUNTRY HOUSE WITH PEACEFUL, PRIVATE, SUNNY SOUTH FACING GARDEN AND STUNNING VIEWS OF THE SEA AND THE GULF
Warm and welcoming the house is set in a quiet location, on a hill, at about 400 meters on the sea level, this is why you can enjoy a pleasant temperature during the hot summers.
Favourably situated within short walking distane to the town center with a great deal of starred and not starred restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, it is close to many places of interest such as Sorrento (20 minutes by car), Amalfi, Ravello and Positano (about 40 minutes by car), Pompei, Naples and more. You can get to all these places by public transport (Bus and/or train).

GARDEN
The house has got a lovely terraced garden, furnished with a big and fine teak wood table and chairs, a swing, some rocking chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor shower…all that makes it the perfect place to enjoy a meal, to work on your laptop, or simply relax with a book.
Opposite the garden there are about 1000 meters of graduated terrace steps (terracing is a very common type of landscaping in the area) where you can find and appreciate the beauty of olive trees whose fruit is of major agricultural importance in the Mediterranean region as the source of olive oil, one of the core ingredients in Mediterranean cuisine.

UPSTAIRS
The house, built in 2000 and recently redecorated and refitted, is over two floors and comfortably sleeps 6 people. Upstairs there is a bathroom, three bedrooms, the master double bedroom, a second double bedroom with a wooden staircase that leads to a loft with two single beds. In the corridor there is an ample bespoke storage for clothes and suitcases. A large wardrobe is located in the second bedroom too.
Both the bedrooms have big windows overlooking the sea and the whole Gulf of Salerno. When the sky is clear you can see up to “Cilento”, a wonderful region of Campania, located in the central and southern part of the Province of Salerno that is an important tourist area of southern Italy and famous for its amazing village Santa Maria di Castellabate, the setting for the popular film “Benvenuti al Sud”.

DOWNSTAIRS
The heart of the house is the family friendly, open plan ground floor that consists of a kitchen, a living room and a dining room.The elegant kitchen, made of Vietri tiles (Vietri is an ancient town of the Amalfi Coast and the cradle of majolica artwork), is well-equipped with new appliances, a gas cooktop, large refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, boiler, dishwasher and plenty of gadgets and utensils.
Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with a shower on the left and a utility room on the right where you can find a washing machine and large cupboards for pans and pots.
The dining room that seats eight people is furnished to the highest standards with antiques, handmade Italian pieces of furniture like the table and a typically Sardinian chest. The handmade curtains in all the rooms of the house are from Sardinia too.
Next to the dining room there is a large sitting room with a lovely fireplace, a white sofa and armchair, two tea/coffee tables, a TV set, lots of ornaments like the blue sun shape mirror, that adorns the white wall, and other furnishings picked up during our trips in Italy and abroad.
From the open space ground floor you can go out onto the terraced garden where you will definitely love spending most of your time enjoying the sunshine, the fresh air and the relaxing atmosphere.

CASA IMMERSA NEL VERDE, CON GIARDINO PRIVATO SOLEGGIATO E VISTA MOZZAFIATO DEL GOLFO DI SALERNO

Calda ed accogliente, la casa, collocata su una collina a 400mt dal livello del mare, è in una location ideale per godere di una piacevole temperatura anche duranti le estati più calde.
Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ed offre un’ampia gamma di servizi come ristoranti, da quelli più economici a quelli stellati come Don Alfonso, bar, negozi, supermercati.

Sant’Agata ha una posizione strategica, permettendo di raggiungere in poco tempo, sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici, magnifici luoghi di interesse sia in Penisola Sorrentina che in Costiera Amalfitana, nonché Napoli, Pompei, Ercolano ed il Vesuvio.

GIARDINO
La casa ha un magnifico giardino con terrazza, arredato con un grande tavolo e sedie in teak, un dondolo, un barbecue e una doccia esterna… tutto questo lo rende il posto perfetto per fare un pasto, per lavorare al computer, o semplicemente per rilassarsi leggendo un buon libro.
Oltre la terrazza ci sono circa 1000 mt di giardino terrazzato, panorama tipico della zona, dove si possono ammirare bellissimi olivi da cui si ricava il famoso olio di oliva, ingrediente fondamentale della cucina mediterranea.

PIANO SUPERIORE
La casa, costruita nel 2000 e recentemente ristrutturata, è su due livelli e può ospitare fino ad 8 persone. Al piano superiore c’è un bagno, due camere da letto doppie di cui una soppalcata (ospita fino a 4 persone). Nel corridoio c’è un ampio armadio così come in una delle due camere.
Entrambe le camere godono di una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Salerno dalle due finestre.

PIANO INFERIORE
Il cuore della casa è il piano terra, unico grande ambiente che ospita cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo e da cui si accede alla terrazza e al giardino. L’elegante cucina di maioliche vietresi è fornita di elettrodomestici di ultima generazione tra cui lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e elettrico, tostapane, boiler ed un grande frigorifero.
Vicino alla cucina ci sono una lavanderia con lavatrice ed utensili da cucina, e un secondo bagno con doccia.
Il tavolo da pranzo, in legno pregiato, ospita comodamente 8 persone e tutto l’ambiente è arredato con mobili pregiati e antichi.
Il salotto con divano letto e poltrona è impreziosito da un camino in pietra di tufo alla sinistra del quale c’è una tv 32’’.
In questa zona, come in tutto il resto della casa, molti oggetti in stile squisitamente mediterraneo, come un grande specchio a forma di sole di colore azzurro ed altri manufatti in ceramica, acquistati nel tempo durante viaggi in Italia e all’ estero, adornano le pareti e conferiscono agli ambienti grande charm.
Dalla zona living open-space si può accedere direttamente all’incantevole terrazzo completamente attrezzato, immerso nel verde dove ci si può rilassare godendo del silenzio e delle piacevoli temperature.

Dal giardino si accede ad una incantevole dependance con letto matrimoniale, bagno e doccia.
