Wonderful room and breakfast. We were well taken care of upon arrival, by a young man.

The young man got off his shift and the replacement could hardly any english, so a bit lost in translation.

Very modern & comfortable hotel in the middle of nowhere. seems totally out of place but I loved it.

We are walking the espiritual camino. it was a wonderful stay. The staff was sensationally helpful. The rooms impeccable and the air conditioning was a welcome to us. we had a long day ahead of us the next morning. they put together a breakfast picnic bag for us and we were on our way. Those bags held for breakfast and lunch! Thank you.

pillows were very high (big). no evening restaurant but the cafe/bar is literally just around the corner so not a problem.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Nice comfortable room with a private outdoor space. Mice lounge with views and a pool. Great breakfast with fruit, eggs, cheese, meat, yogurt and all sorts of bread and pastry selections which is difficult to find in Spain as breakfast here us usually just a roll and coffee.

I loved this hotel! I was on the Camino. This hotel made it worth every bit of arduous effort to walk up to Armenteira... and was worth every cent. First, the day before I arrived, I received a call from the manager to confirm my reservation. The manager knew I was on the Camino and was so helpful in alerting me to the climb and the fact that there aren't many services on the way up. I was grateful for that call! It made me feel welcome before I even arrived. The gentleman at check-in was friendly, professional, and informative. My room was ultra comfortable and very clean. Great shower - the hidden bathtub was a welcome surprise! The breakfast was very good and the view from the breakfast room is amazing! I can't say enough good things about this hotel in the little hamlet of Armenteira.

The breakfast wasn't staffed very well at all. I think there was one person working, so it was a very busy place with a fend for yourself-type service. For example, I had to get my own table service (plate, glass, flatware, etc) off of a cart that was parked near the service entrance to the kitchen. Based on the quality of everything else about this hotel I'm betting it a fluke, but it was definitely a disappointing experience. The view made up for it though.
