14/04/2019 Siamo nel mezzo della ristrutturazione, quindi vedrai le foto con mobili diversi! Dovremmo finire tra qualche settimana e ordinare nuove foto professionali. Nuovo divano, pouf, tavolo e sedie, sgabelli da bar, comodini e oggetti di arredamento!

Il parcheggio, la sala fitness, la piscina e la griglia sono tutti molto vicini alla nostra porta di casa!

We had a wonderful week in the perfect gated community! Traveling with my teen, we really need our personal space. This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us! It’s situated perfectly between Sun City & Goodyear within 5 minutes to the Cardinal “Dome” Stadium, and lots of shopping.
One of my favorite things about this condo, besides the little patio, is the covered parking! We could see our rental at all times. Not that there were any issues… it was just reassuring to see my car was just fine.

Open communication with the owners. Very clean and stocked with necessities. It's on the bottom floor and the BBQ grill is right outside the unit which made it so convenient. The only thing that was not good is that there are people that live above this unit that are very heavy walkers so you hear them all the time.

This property was clean and well appointed as advertised. The pool and grounds are beautiful. A few issues, pool fob batteries dead and the top dishwasher rack broken. Both issues we felt could have been discovered before our rental. Also, this is a main floor unit and the above neighbours were extremely loud…no fault of the rental, just fyi.

The home really needs a fresh coat of paint. Its clean but the walls show years of wear. Baseboards look awful through out the house. The master bathroom has mold around the tub/shower. Master bathroom also smelled musky the entire week. (We only showered in the guest bathroom). Master bedroom needs a dresser and two night stands. A headboard would be nice. We like to read in bed and the existing set up in both rooms makes that a challenge.
The home feels like an old rental turned long term rental but has great potential to feel like a vacation home with a little tlc.

The place was amazing. When I booked to VRBO the property manager called and was extremely helpful as well as the staff. They answered any questions that I had. The condo was beautiful well stocked. They thought of everything. If you need a nice enjoyable place with the best staff. This is your place to book.

The unit was great. Clean, well maintain, and lived up to description. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Only issue was the noise from the lead foot who lives in the unit above. Not overly intrusive but definitely something to be aware of.

Property was great, condo was very clean had everything you needed to cook in kitchen. Washer and Dryer was very nice to have, beds were comfortable we felt very safe in complex with coded gate at entrance to property and all of the property was very well lite up. Pool and grounds were very clean and was great to use in the summer heat. I would of given this a 5 star but the people living in the condo above us kept waking us up in the middle of the night sometimes at 3:30 AM by making alot of noise from their condo. Other than neighbors upstairs stay was great. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. John and Cindy

The property was very nice and centrally located to activities in the West Valley. It is easy to get to and the check in process was very smooth. We enjoyed our stay including spending Thanksgiving with family who joined us at the property for several days. I would definitely stay at the property again. My only picky observation is that the operation of the television requires a bit more instruction for those not familiar with streaming. LOL. We had a great time. Thanks to all of you

The place suited what we were looking for,pool was really nice.
Overall experience was really good. Apartment was perfect, pool was great. The only thing was the people above us kept us up until wee hours of morning first 3 nights they were very noisy , after that it was fine. I got the impression from "some" owners, after speaking with them they were not fond of renters, while other owners were welcoming. Wished there were more places to eat our nearby.

Good location for Spring Training
I booked originally for 2021, and fortunately they were able to accommodate my request to change by a whole year. 2 couples and we both had comfortable, king size beds and our own bathrooms! Pool and hot tub were really nice. Folks by the pool were a mixture of permanent and short term renters, and all were nice and friendly.

Great stay! Location within property was good. Thought we were poolside but faced parking. No biggie though, we were close. Big plus...both rooms with King size beds! Some late night noise from above neighbors. Only suggestion: the kitchen could use more bowls, small plates, and spoons to make enough for more than one meal, so dishwasher could be more useful. Washer & dryer are also a good feature. Nice to have swim towels available. Thanks for sharing your place!!!

We had a concern about the cleanliness of the cutlery and cookware.
Property is well maintained, pool was fabulous. Great friendly neighbors. The grill was great. Dog friendly, poopy bag stations were very handy.
Great location - close to many amenities.
