Apartment on corner in busy neighborhood with many high rises

Very nice and large apartment in a good, quiet location, 10 minutes walk to the old town and 3 minutes to a large shopping mall. The owner answers very fast all messages and is flexible. You will find everything you need in the kitchen.

excellent location, super spacious, large bed, well equipped kitchen

even though there are 2 bathrooms - which is very good - the walk-in shower is a little troublesome to command and alternate between head shower and body jets, and it leaks water onto the bathroom; the other bathroom, with bathtub, if you want to shower, you have to hold the hose all the time bc there is no holder for it. Besides that, it was all very good.

New, very clean and very close to the city center (less than 10 minutes walk), parking place without reservation and free of charge; 2 bathrooms, which were a big plus especially on one morning when we had to be ready at 6 am; the host was very friendly and didn't let us wait for her to get the keys

The AC didn't work very well, and there's no AC in the bedrooms, only fans. Which wouldn't have been a huge problem for us, but the temperatures reached 37 degrees while we were in Zadar, so it was quite hot inside.

Great apartment with everything you would need for a vacation in Croatia. The host is super nice. She waited for us a little past the check-in time, which was great for us because our plane arrived late. We traveled with a group of friends, so the 2 bathrooms were very handy

The fact that we couldn't stay more days there :)

PERFECT APARTMENT IN BEAUTIFUL CITY!!! Very spaciuos and comfortable apartment. Host greeted us and showed the apartment. Free parking in the yard. 2 bathrooms (shower in one and jakuzzi bath in other:) . Kitchen fully equipped with all you need. Close to the old city, promenade and to Kolovare beach. We didnt need a car during our stay, everything is within walkable distance. Apartment is much more than we expected. 100 % recommendation!

The apartment is big and well equipped with everything you need for short/long stay. The building has elevator and parking space which are perfect for my senior parents. It’s location is very convenient. Full size supermarket is just across the street and Old City is within walking distance.

Dinner table area is quite dark as the light didn’t work.
