Tout : l’emplacement, le gîte coquet,la gentillesse de l’hôte, le jacuzzi parfait après une journée de visite. C’est la 2ème fois que nous y allons et y retournerons certainement.

L emplacement au cœur de la Cité, dans une petite traverse très calme. L’appartement est fonctionnel et confortable,le petit plus c’est le jacuzzi.Cela fait déjà 3 fois que nous y allons et ne manquerons pas d’y retourner.

Ours friends stayed here a couple of years ago and recommended it. It’s in the heart of medieval castle, so location is perfect for exploring. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t have been happier.
Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained appliances.
The hot tub is lovely after a busy day exploring and walking. They supply a little shot of chlorine for the hot tub which you put in each day you use it.
There is heating and aircon so you’ll be cool or warm depending on when you visit.
It’s spacious enough for a family or group of friends.
The communication from the owners was excellent, with clear instructions for arrival, parking etc.
The wine fridge is a lovely touch - you just leave the money on your departure for whatever you’ve consumed. They provide tea, coffee pods for the machine and the usual salt, pepper and cooking oil. We ate out mostly, but the kitchen is good enough to prepare light meals and snacks.
All in all, a fantastic home away from home
The only tiny thing we would comment on is the need for a good sharp knife to cut through the delicious French bread

We could not believe the location. This Gite is nestled within the inner city walls of the medieval citadel. No traffic, no noisy tourists! We were just a stones throw from very nice bars and restaurants and we were pleasantly surprised that nothing was hugely overpriced.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

A casa é muito bem mantida, limpa e cuidada. O fato de ser dentro da cidade murada faz com que a estadia seja ainda mais interessante. A cozinha é bem equipada e o proprietário bastante atencioso.
Foi um pouco difícil entender as diretrizes que foram passadas para encontrar o endereço. Seria necessário avisar também, que o estacionamento fica a cerca de 500m da casa, sendo que existem escadas e ruas de cascalho o que dificulta carregar malas grandes. O ideal é que se caso você esteja em uma viagem longa, separe apenas os itens necessários para a estadia em Carcassone em uma mala menor para facilitar a caminhada até a propriedade.

A fantastic property right in the centre of La Cite. The gite is modern and spacious and the hot tub is great after a long day walking round the historical sights. Communication with the host was first class right down to providing restaurant recommendations. The bedrooms are a good size and the air con was much appreciated in the 30 degree heat. We can 100% recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The Jacuzzi and the location! The apartment was big enough, the kitchen had all we needed, and the wine fridge was a nice bonus :)
It was very quiet and the free parking was convenient enough, given the privileged location.
The toilet being in a different floor from the bedrooms, and the door to the bathroom always getting in the way (you kind of have to step inside the shower just to reach the sink and wash your hands after using the toilet). First point is hard to fix, second, maybe with a sliding door instead of a regular one?

Well where to start? The communications from the owner were exceptional, really clear and easy to follow. Free parking to drop off and collect the free car parking pass. Secure private parking a 5 minute walk from the property which is set inside the castle walls of magical Carcassonne. The property itself is very comfortable and superbly well equipped - private hot tub, Netflix, wine fridge, air con in the bedrooms etc. it’s set on a quiet side street so surprisingly quiet and tranquil when you can be in the crowds of the citadel within a 30 second walk. I couldn’t really have been more impressed!
Difficult to fault in all honestly, but toilet and shower room are a bit tight…but I guess you can only work with the space available…

I found it difficult to find (despite clear instructions from the host). But asked tourist information and they sent me straight there. It's dead easy when you are not an idiot!

Location so that it was easy to have quite time in Carcassone in morning
Complicated parking arrangements which, if we were doing it again would seem straightforward, but arriving very late after a long journey were challenging. Instructions and photos sent seemed clear after we had parked but we were confused by very busy traffic.

The hosts were amazing! We found the place easily from the directions provided after booking. And the location is perfect, within the walls in the prime location.
The beds were comfy with Aircon in the 2 bedrooms. The hot tub is brilliant. We loved it 😁

Incredible location inside the medieval city walls, comfortable modern apartment, great to have tea, coffee and fresh juice provided. Easy to find with instructions and great that car park is included. Hot tub was a bonus for tired legs after exploring.

What a find! Located in the heart of the walled city. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with excellent communication. The wine cellar was a wonderful touch just what we needed after a days travel. Jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind after walking up and down cardiac hill (if you walk it you'll know what I mean). The place is bigger than you expect and it truly is a stone's throw away from restaurants and bars everything is on your door step. Once inside the house it is quiet you wouldn't know there was a tourist destination right outside your front door.
The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.. I would definitely recommend
