This house was great for our extended family ski trip. Perfect for our family, 3 kids, and our mother in law. Easy walk to Main Street. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Kids enjoyed hanging out in the downstairs living area. Sleds in the garage made for cheap entertainment in the back yard. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Hosts were great and we would stay here again.

We were a group of 6 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was well located, well equipped (including kitchen), recently renovated and super clean. Hot tub a real bonus after a hard day skiing. Lots of clear instructions in the house covering all matters. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

This property and the owner are top notch. The house was stocked with everything we could have imagined. My husband and 3 adult children found the location to be perfect for all activities and an easy walk into town. The hot tub was fabulous and provided much relaxation and warmth on cold snowy days. The house is perfectly maintained, clean and all appliances and facilities were on the higher end. This is by far the best maintained and comfortable place we have stayed to date. Jim was extremely hospitable and quick to respond with any questions or needs. To top it off we were given a lovely souvenir to take home. Highly recommend. From NY

Aspen Depot was just as described. It was in a great location. We took the shuttle which stopped right across the street or walked the short trail into town. The house had was fullly stocked with kitchen needs and bathroom toiletries. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great house, great location.

We just completed seven nights at Aspen Depot with our children and their spouses. The home was perfect and exactly as described. There was plenty of space for our three couples with beds rooms on separate levels. The beds were great, the hot tub relaxing, and the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook several nights. We also experienced great communication with the host. We highly recommend Aspen Depot and look forward to staying there in the future.

Not only was the check in and communication a breeze, the home was beautiful and equipped with any and everything you could think of. The location doesn’t get any better. We were in walking distance to everything. The hosts also made us aware of weather and road conditions which made us so thankful! Look forward to booking again!

The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is completely stocked, the hot tub was amazing & the owners/management were very attentive & thoughtful. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend! Walking distance to town & the bus route is right at the corner of the street.

The property was just as described and pictured. Had plenty of space for our group and storage for ski/snowboard equipment in the garage. Hot tub was a huge hit!! The shuttle picked up right outside the property making it so easy for our first visit. We’ll be back!!

Our 2nd time staying here at Aspen Depot. Great location where you can walk to Main Street faster than driving and parking, but you can also avoid the traffic to get where you need to quicker. The property itself provides 3 separate living areas if you need a little separation from the crowd. Owners were extremely attentive and having them local made a huge difference in handling 1 slight issue-the freezer wasn’t working…they bought a new one! Will definitely be back.

We loved our time in Breckenridge, and this was the perfect spot for our home base. We were all very comfortable and really appreciated the pack n play and small essentials in the kitchen (salt, pepper, olive oil etc). We will be back!

Breckenridge never disappoints and this lovely home was perfect for our family get together. This home has everything you need and want. No detail is left undone. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Main Street and everything it has to offer and it is close to a trolley stop if you want that option to get around. I hope we get back to Breckenridge sooner than later and when we do we definitely want to stay at Aspen Depot again.

In town to celebrate a family wedding. Great, comfortable home for 4 adults to relax and enjoy a fun weekend. Hot tub was a hit for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Ideal location, easy walking distance to Main Street shops, restaurants and bars. Clean with plenty of nice amenities. Comfortable neighborhood setting. Hospitable and helpful owner/property manager. Will definitely be back!

Our family of 4 (kids 2 and 4) plus the grandparents stayed in this house for a weeklong trip to Breckenridge. The house was very clean and comfortable. The best part for us was its location right across the street from the trail systems, the troll, and the very cool train park. The hot tub was an excellent perk every night after a busy day of hiking. The house was also right across from the trolley stop, which my 4yo loved.

This house is amazing! The pictures and description don’t do it justice. It had additional features not listed: the bathroom floors are heated, there was a pack n play in the closet, and there’s a EV charge port in the garage. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking dinner. Beautiful home and great location. We used the hot tub and it was very clean. I’m so impressed and can’t recommend this house enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aspen Depot! We love to cook, and the kitchen is fully supplied with cookware and utensils. The appliances are well maintained and all worked fine. I have a slightly sketchy back, so when I travel, I always wonder about the condition of the beds. No fear here, the beds and bedding are top notch. There are plenty of blankets and extra pillows. The bathrooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean with radiant heat in the floor. The best shower is on the top floor. The water pressure there is strongest and it has a bench. The garage is a great benefit, and the driveway was plowed early each time it snowed. Walk out the garage, turn right, and the shuttle to Peak 9 is literally 100 feet from the front door -- you can be at the mountain in 5 minutes. If you walk out the garage and turn left, a few doors away is a secret pathway into town. It’s an easy stroll to Main Street shopping and dining, but if you do too much imbibing or are not acclimated, you might get a little short of breath on the way back. The furniture here is wonderful – comfy all leather couches with plenty of cushions. The dining chairs are just fine, we sat at the table eating, chatting and working for a couple of hours at a time with no complaints. The high speed internet access performed well, I downloaded 100+ mb files with no issues, though we didn’t stream any video. There are plenty of TVs and plenty of channels. This was our second stay at Aspen Depot and we are happy we came back. With three bedrooms and three baths, this house is perfect for our family. Well kept and very clean. Great location with an easy walk to downtown. The home has great amenities and we loved the hot tub, the outdoor grill and heated bathroom floors. The owners and the property manager are very responsive. Hope to be back again soon!

This is the 4th time we gave stayed at this home. The property is in a great location, very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Its a beautiful home close to everything, slopes, shopping, restaurants! The bathrooms have headed floors, the hot tub was headed when we got there, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and everything was very clean. The house is small but plenty of room for the 6 of us.

We were within a short walk into town and loved the place! Very clean!

The place was the perfect size, great location

This is a very nice house. Well kept and the owners were very quick to respond to our questions. We had 4 young kids (ages 3-6) on this trip with us. The bus stop is very close to the house and very easy to use to get to the mountain, but returning to the house was a little more difficult. The bus runs about every 20 minutes and can be very full in the afternoons when trying to return home from the slopes. Overall we were pleased with the house!

This was a great stay for our crew. My parents especially appreciated that everything was labeled! The heat mat out to the hot tub and the very comfy beds we a plus!

Aspen Depot was perfect for our family - 3yo and 1yo, + Mom Dad and Aunt. The location was ideal for being able to get to town (walk or car) and mountain. The hot tub was a hit for our 3yo and adults who skied, and the main floor was perfect for kids to play with toys and adults had plenty of space still. The layout is great for families, each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, and have their own private areas. The kitchen had all the things you would need if you want to eat in. We are already looking forward to next year and will hope this place is available for us!

We loved spending Christmas at The Aspen Depot. It’s a great location, with easy access to everything. The home was decorated with a beautiful tree. It was clean, completely stocked and perfect for our family. The hot tub was a hit!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect setting for a family reunion of 3 couples. The house is so conveniently located to everything in Breckenridge. Very well appointed, and so many little extras- was decorated for the holidays, privacy for each guest, plenty of storage, snowboard and boot racks, lots of kitchen supplies. We were all very comfortable and at home. Check in and out was welcoming and easy. Thank you so much, we hope you’ll have us back again!
