Grote kamers met mooi uitzicht over de stad

A large clean room and the kitchen + a balcony with a beautiful view. It was nice the first time so we returned!

The hotel is on the on the city border, with a very nice view over the city. It is quite new, having a parking big enough for the guests. The staff was very nice and polite. The rooms are clean and big enough. The breakfast is basic but it has a nice mixture of cold and cooked food (e.g. omelette). There is no restaurant available for lunch/dinner (only bar), but you can order via different suppliers (e.g. Glo**). if you do not have the possibility they offer to do this for you.

There is no card payment possibility to the reception. You can pay either in local currency or euro, but cash is needed. The roads to the hotel are quite narrow

It was not clean, spider webs all over the place

First & foremost, the staff were brilliant. This is a family run hotel, and I got the impression the staff were treated as friends. This showed in their pride in their work, and how they would go out of their way to help the guests & management. The hotel is pretty modern, very clean & well run.

It’s up a steep hill and access is by a very unimposing road. Don’t let this put you off.

The location was good, the apartment was nice

Severe water issues in the bathroom - the water from the cabin going out under the sink and the entire bathroom flooded. We booked for some price with the option to pay at the property, but when we wanted to pay by card, the staff told us that the booking price was with some kind of discount that they could give us only if we pay in cash. The staff didn't speak English, we could only understand each other because our languages are very similar.

the mattresses are awful, we hardly slept.

I was there for a sleepover, because I had my flight to Vienna early in the morning. All in all, I checked in late and checked out early, but for the night I had nothing but peace and quiet. Beds were comfy, showers were clean and resourceful. Will be definitely checking them out next time I happen to travel or spend time with my family.
