Comfortable environment with all the necessary amenities. Perfect view, peaceful and quiet location.

The room was perfect! The check in process was super easy, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were superb. My boys loved the pool and it was close to the beach and town. We are planning on returning again next year for spring break and hopefully stay longer❤️

Nice place and clean but just an average place. Plumbing is poor and drains really slow. Master bedroom mattress neeeds replacing.

Top floor unit with great views of the ocean and seaside in the distance. Unit was great. Had not been cleaned well upon arrival but staff did a great job of getting the unit cleaned and rest quickly

This condo was located in a nice secluded coastal town with a great view of the beach. You could see and hear the ocean waves from the balcony. We felt this location was a much more relaxing than either the nearby Seaside or Cannon Beach.

Clean, cozy, close to the local golf course, great view of the beach and area. Recommended!

Nice view and comfortable setting.

We enjoyed a birthday trip for my daughters 13th! It was clean and just what we needed- the DVD player needs replaced but the maintenance guy was super nice and got us another one. And some of the lights needed new bulbs but overall a great place- I would totally book again!

We stayed at this property last summer and really enjoyed the location and view. That's why we came back to the same place. The condo is perfect. There are a few suggestions I'd like to make that would have made the stay an overall 5 star. 1. We were left 1.5 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 3 nights, of course we ran out. 2. We were left maybe 1/2 paper towel roll in the kitchen so we ran out of that quickly. 3. There was nothing to clean the pans with, like a sponge or scrubber of any type. There were a few really dirty sponges under the sink that looked like they were used to scrub the oven. I'd suggest leaving extra supplies, like toilet paper, paper towels and a one-time-use sponge for each guest to use to clean the pots/pans properly.

Beautiful accommodations. Stocked with everything we could need. Perfect location for beach access and a quick drive down to seaside or up to Astoria.

It was great to be so close to the beach and we also loved having access to the pool and hot tub. The apartment itself was cute and functional. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked, we had to rewash a lot of the dishes and there was hair on the floor. I also wasn't expecting such a big apartment complex, though I could have looked that up separately.

The place is easily accessible and is 'As' described! The view is absolutely stunning and the deck is perfect for taking it in! This is a very comfortable place for two people and has 'immediate' access to a very walkable beach! This is very much a quintessential Oregon Coast experience with comfort!

Was very comfortable and the view was amazing.

If you have a 4x4 or all wheel drive , you can simply drive on to the beach. There is also del ray entrance which is very close drive and more maintained entrance. As for this property, it was clean and so easy to walk across to mcmenamins. Utensils were old and can use an upgrade :) everything else was good. Patio view is awesome with mountains ocean beach and sunsets !! Would love to stay here again

We love Gearheart by the Sea. We were engaged here 12 years ago and came back for our anniversary. The unit is cozy and comfortable and has a great view of the ocean. We will keep returning here as long as we can!

My family and I had such a wonderful time! My 13 & 15 year olds really enjoyed the little sleeping loft. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool during our visit (especially since it was nearly empty each time we went down). Sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset was lovely. That patio also gave us a good out-of-the-way area to dry out our swimsuits. The place was clean, neighbors were quiet, and the water came hot out of the taps only after a few seconds. Very nice! The only drawbacks: 1) the smallness of the kitchen sink wasn’t too bad, but because it was also rather close to the wall, it made rinsing anything off a challenge, and 2) my husband and I are tall ( 5’11” & 6’1”) and the shower head was…not. It was about at the height of our upper chest area. Needless to say, washing our hair was an adventure. But these were very minor things when considering the whole picture, and we would definitely stay here again!

The property has phenomenal views of the ocean and has a large deck too! All the comforts of home are provided. The bed is comfortable and we slept great!
