Everything about this hotel is amazing and top class. Amazing rich breakast - literally everything is available.
Service is one of the best I have seen in Croatia. Architecture and interior design is impressive.
The beach and the whole bay is beautiful!
The quality of drinks in the beach bar is not consistent with the other bars (specifically the Aperol Spritz mix in the bar by the beach is not the correct mix). It's a minor thing all in all, but you should improve it.

It‘s a pitty that a lot of guests wake up in the morning, going to the beach to reserve the best sun chairs and then going back to sleep or having breakfast and not using the sun chairs for two hours or more. You guys should tell them that this is not allowed. There were some german guests who did this every day and no one said anything.

Great Location and very pleasant hotel staff except few obviously unskilled waiters in the restaurant.
Hotel is pet friendly and you pay for your pet hotel stay, but there is no beach near the hotel where your pet is allowed to swim!?

The menu in the restaurant should be more diverse, especially for kids.

Absolutely excellent stay. The highlights include the amazing breakfast in the morning - plenty of options and constantly restocked throughout, private beach is a warf with private swimming area and chairs for guests, pool side service, pools and showers, restaurants on site, excellent staff helpful at all times.
Parking is available however it is outdoors. We recommend going across the road for free which is in the same space as the paid parking.
15 minute walk into town but beware as it is quite steep.
Air conditioning is weak so the room was quite warm throughout the stay.

The restaurant at lunch was just a disaster... one hour to have two salads and one pasta al pomodoro for the kid and everything was also not very good.

Everything about the hotel and location is amazing. Breakfast amazing, service amazing, great spa, great beach, amazing cocktails. It's pricey, but all very good quality! Definitely great value for your money. This hotel deserves every star. I will return and for longer!
I would only emphasize a few minor things, which in reality didnt affect my stay but they would just make everything perfect.
- the parking hotel offers is a bit expensive, but you can park for free nearby (for now)
- the plunge pool in the sauna could be 1-2 degrees lower and maybe sauna could be FKK at one point (in the evening?)
- the pools need a little bit of minor maintenance - a bit of re-tiling (i am sure you know and it is planned)
But all in all really minor stuff as said! The important things are where they should be.

The beach is really private with an excellent service surrounded by very nice forest and garden. Pools with sea water are also perfect. Hotel is spacious and well maintained.

Everything. Great location. Great bunch. Top quality spa - Helena was amazing. The best service at any hotel I’ve been at. They gave us rides into town and accommodated a late check out.

breakfast was just amazing, as well as the private beach on the bay and the gym facility, all inclusive. personnel deserves a special mention: they are really helpful and speak many languages. on top of that, Tesla destination charger is a great feature that sets this hotel apart
I'd reconsider the shower design in the private bathrooms. the glass door opens to the outside of the shower, on the bathroom floor, thus water drips there. replace them with sliding doors
