Une cuillère utilisée dans la chambre à notre arrivee, le wifi principal ne se connectait pas, personnel pas très chaleureux

La gestione del servizio colazione. Sebbene la qualità e la varietà di offerta sia alta, il personale di quell’area è meno attento, meno veloce, meno adeguato ad un cinque stelle. Inoltre sarebbe bellonpoter fare colazione nel Dehors.

Excellent location. The breakfast was wonderful

Very tiny bathroom. It was about the same size as the closet. I had to walk sideways to get in and out.

Great location, beautiful hotel and large room.

Expensive for what it is compared to other hotels in Norway. There was a large conference there at the time which disrupted the peacefulness a little. The room was clean but the gym wasn’t.

Only the location

We had booked two stays as we were in and out. if we hadn’t already paid we Would never go back. The room was very bad. No ventilation. No exhaust in the washroom. Hardly any wardrobe space for a couple. Staff not very friendly. Too hyped up. Only the guy who helped us with the luggage was nice.

The breakfasts were superb, best breakfast we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We had a junior suite with a view which I was initially a bit disappointed with as it seemed the same as a normal hotel room, but the view was lovely, the bed very comfy and we were well looked after. The spa was busy, so you need to book if you want to use the pool. Most seem to be chilling on the loungers though … Loved being able to borrow umbrellas and walk out into such a gorgeous part of the city.

It’s in a great location but if you want more character head for the Grunerlokka area

Мой номер был на 7 этаже (мансарда). Было жутко холодно, отопление совсем не согревало. Огромная трещина на потолке, не соответствует 5 звёздам! отсутствие полок в шкафу, как такое возможно? отсутствие бутилированной воды. В первый день выпила половину мини бара, на второй день ничего не пополнили.

Excellent location and extremely helpful and professional staff. Breakfast is amazing.

Perhaps a little dated. The room and bathroom amenities can be improved. Room Service menu can have more choices.

die lage ist großartig, aber das ist auch schon alles.

wir mussten das zimmer zwei mal wechseln (für zwei nächte). das erste zimmer hatte null platz für unsere koffer und deren inhalt; außerdem waren verwendete handtücher im zimmer. das neue zimmer war größer und hatte mehr platz, aber die heizung funktionierte nicht und wir mussten ein elektrisches heizgerät verwenden. nach der ersten nacht tropfte es von der decke (vermutlich von der dachterrasse), und die kleider und der koffer meines mannes war total nass. also brauchten wir ein neues zimmer, das wieder etwas größer war, aber schon wieder keine funktionierende heizung hatte. das personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber wir hätten mehr entgegenkommen erwartet, wie etwa eine einladung zum abendessen, dafür dass wir stundenlang mit problemlösungen und umziehen beschäftigt waren. die zimmer waren sauber aber verwahrlost: abgerissene wandhaken, kaum kleiderbügel, keine regalfächer oder laden für kleidung. ein „grand hotel“ sieht anders aus!

Overpriset. Frokosten var mindre god enn et «vanlig» scandic hotell. Rommet var meget skuffende. Vårt dørkort åpnet feil dør, følte oss derfor ikke trygg på at noen andre kom inn på rommet vårt.

Frokost var meget god. Fin beliggenhet og atmosfære.

Dårlig rengjøring av rom. Gjentatte henvendelser for å få påfyll av såpe/toalettpapir samt reperasjon av dusj. Svak oppfølging.

The location is excellent. Close to a lot of historical places.

Room very small for the price we paid. Very small bathroom with very unsafe bath shower combo. Breakfast was nice but nothing outstanding. Staff was not as friendly as other places we stayed. Room was extremely warm!

Ligging in centrum. Parkeergarage. Mooi uitzicht uit kamer. Zeer mooie kamer.

2 tv’s op de kamer die beide niet werkte. Receptie medewerkers konden ons niet helpen aan een postzegel, medewerking viel ons tegen.

The hotel is located in the city center, very convenient to walk around. The staffs were very friendly, they recommended some local activities for us. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay!

Apart from the arrival day, no staff helped us for the luggages. Since there are some stairs before reaching to the elevators, it was not quite convenient. Maybe they are busy at that time.

Location, room and especially breakfast.

A serious deficiency was that after dinner it was not possible to have a nightcap in the bar, which closed at 2200. Most hotels around the world keep the bar open until at least 2300 and usually 2400.

Amazing breakfast.

Rooms access was complicated. Too many stairs.

Beautiful building on the best street in Oslo for walking and seeing the palace.

Even though we booked parking, no spot was left for us which made check in process really slow and frustrating.

Great staff! Super clean.
