View was spectacular, pace of medieval city, quietness’s and restful place. Specifically view from balcony during the sunrises and sunsets.

Great apartment in Italian style next to the main church of the town. The hostess was very friendly. The apartment was clean, and modernly designed, everything was available for a wonderful stay.

The wifi didn't work in the bedroom, the signal was too weak. The church bells at 6am were very loud, but that probably can't be fixed. 😄

Perast is one of the most peaceful place, and i will definitely come back. I had the most amazing stay in the apartment with even 2 balconies with church and sea view, one for morning coffee and one for sunbath. I loved that. My host Milica made my stay even more exceptional . I totally recommend for total reset and recharge ❤️❤️❤️

it was a little tricky to find at first and there are a lot of uneven steps up to the property and so it wouldn’t be good for young children etc

Location in perast was amazing. cant get much better then this. We had a 1 bed apartment with a balcony and sun terrace. the view from the terrace is one of the best in Perast. The host (melicia) was extremely kind, helpful and just very friendly with me and the family and made us feel so welcome - we wished we could stay longer. i would recommend this apartment to stay in Perast and wish we stayed longer. The location was really nice and lovely. We had a balcony and a lovely roof terrace and the view was absolutely amazing! Apartment was very clean and spacious including air condition, fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub. Our hostess Milica was super helpful, so kind and lovely person and she really did everything for our holiday to be perfect. There were also parking spaces at the main street just above the aprtment. Perast is small, peaceful and beautiful town and we would definetly recommend spending a holiday at the Apartments Admiral.

Stayed here for a night and will definitely be back.. The view from the room was if not - one the bests in Perast, and the location was perfect. Milica was so willing to help for anything we wanted and waited for us in the parking. We really recommend his hotel to everyone.

We spend one night in the apartment, everything went smooth, Milica is super nice and helpful lady. The air condition works great and we had a nice room with a partial sea view. The apartment is also spacious enough.

Everything was perfect with the apartment, very clean, nice view, also the hosts were really hospitable.

The apartments are a good location in the middle of town. It’s close to the upper road where we found free parking on the street. Walking down takes about 5 mins. Our host Milica was very kind & hospitable. The apartment had everything we needed & had a nice view of the bay. Perfect for couples. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner at their restaurant by the water. The omelettes & mussels were delicious. Would stay here again & recommend to others.

Apartment is very spacious and clean, ideal for a couple or family with 2 kids. There are 2 terraces with amazing view on a most beautiful part of Boka. Service is exellent, host is very pleasant and warm. Breakfast is very good, served in a Hotel Admiral restaurant, on a sea side. This restaurant is the best value for money in Perast, having great food, service and view.

Great stay for couple! We enjoyed it so much and prolonged our stay. It’s great for those who want to feel like at home - fully equipment kitchen, large bathroom (with bath tab and shover), nice fresh interior, comfy furniture, big bed, two smart tv. Important - good wifi connection, enough for remote work (zoom calls etc). Apartment is very bright and both bedroom and guest room have doors to balcony with the best sea view in the city. You can also go up to roof and enjoy 360 view on sea, mountains, city

This is one if the most wonderful places I’ve ever stay (and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and apartments around the world). The beautiful stone stairs next to famous city sight - St Nicola Church, lead you to the third “level” of this small town. Here you have everything for dream stay - complete silence and breathtaking view on the Boka bay. Apartment has large bedroom and comfortable guest room - both with large french windows and sea view; modern bathroom with bath and shower; good air conditioners and smart TVs (with ability to connect yo your laptop) in every room. From both rooms you can go to the long balcony, perfect to gaze on how birds flying around the bell tower, above the levels of wonderful red roofs; how small boats, modern yachts and, sometimes, large cruise ships entering the bay. Want more? A couple of stairs to the LARGE roof terrace - and you can enjoy 360 view on the sea, town and mountains surrounding the bay. Imagine how you wake up with the birds singing, get your first coffee or cup of water in complete silence on the balcony, do your morning yoga on the roof. Then - 5 min stairs to the main street - and you’re already enjoying the free yummy breakfast in the picturesque Admiral Restaurant on the water. After breakfast you’re going to the Pirate beach, it also takes 5 min. You can prepare lunch and dinner by yourself - there’s fully equipped kitchen in apartment, and you can buy fruits, vegetables, cheese, meat, sweets in several mini markets near the apartment. To buy fresh fish - visit oyster farm (25 min walk, 5 min car towards Risan) or Cogimar (big market in Ljuita, 1,5 hours walk, 10 min car). And your evenings are even better - as you enjoying the wine, gazing on beautiful town lights in other cities, as well as wonderful sunset - right from your balcony. The host - Milica - is the wonderful woman.
