The food in the restaurant. The food was very little.

Spectacular location, very nice and helpful service. Room was super comfortable but dated. Very nice trails for hiking.

Breakfasts were good but nothing inspired. Dinners were also nice but nothing super special. Service was always great and the quality of the ingredients was fine.

The setting of the hotel is amazing - you are right in the woods and feel a part of it. Lovely to have the sound of the river. The room was amazing and very large and comfortable. The hot tub outside was fantastic, also the smell of the woodsmoke. Overall, the room itself was one of the nicest I have stayed in in a fully rural setting.

We appeared to be the only people staying there. I imagine they limit the number of rooms on Booking.com, because it was very hard to book and we actually shifted our entire 2 week trip around availability. Yet, the place was dead. We ate one in the restaurant on our own and they actually required us to have breakfast in our room. The room itself was lovely, but it meant the hotel felt very strange and abandoned!

Lovely hotel in the Huilo Huilo reserve adjoined to the other hotels such as Magic Mountain. All beautifully furnished. Our room was very relaxing with a hot tub on the patio which did take a little while to heat up. Very restful room. We were given a golf cart to travel about in - good fun. Lovely trail by the river.

Could have been more selection in the dining room for dinner but not a huge deal.
