Lovely country pub, nice atmosphere,serving lovely food . Room comfortable . Had a walk around and sat in nearby park . Beautiful. Back and had a few drinks before bed . Nice made to order cooked breakfast next morning.

The pub called in the morning to ask if we wanted to book a table for evening meal, I thought this was very considerate of them as it became very busy and we wouldn't have got in otherwise.

Set in pretty village. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and had its own separate entrance. Staff were all very friendly. The pub was a great way to end a day of exploring the Yorkshire countryside sitting by the lovely log fire
Food menu needs more choice. However the meal that we had there was delicious.
Shower was not hot enough for our liking. However if you run a bath the water is very hot

Within a couple minutes walking distance to Gargrave village & within 10 min drive to Coniston Hotel. Room was clean & tidy & had everything in it that we required. All staff we met seemed very friendly, helpful & courteous. We had a wedding nearby & the owners let us check in earlier which helped alot! We had breakfast in the morning at the pub & it was very nice! All in all it was definitely worth the price.
PS - Our room was disability access so great to see that they cater to disabled guests aswel.
The bed felt abit cheap but that would be the only complaint. We slept well enough
