Balglaze è una casa meravigliosa con una nuova cabina Eco separata ideale per gruppi o famiglie multiple. Si trova a breve distanza a piedi da Trevaunance Cove e dal villaggio di St Agnes, in un'ottima posizione vicino a bellissime spiagge, ristoranti, negozi e per esplorare la Cornovaglia. Balglaze è circondato da ampi giardini privati ideali per barbecue estivi e per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La casa principale ha un ampio spazio di vita open space con bruciatore di tronchi centrale e la cabina Eco offre uno spazio privato con un giardino incassato per alcuni momenti di pace.
La casa principale ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera doppia e una camera a castello con letto a castello a "tre livelli" e bagno in comune e WC separato. La cabina Eco ha 2 camere da letto con bagno privato (1 letto king size e 1 letto singolo) e una zona soggiorno a pianta aperta con spazio cucina e porte scorrevoli che si aprono su un giardino incassato. L'Eco Cabin è stata costruita da artigiani locali ed è un rifugio perfetto per momenti più tranquilli. La casa principale ha una grande cucina ariosa e luminosa, un soggiorno e uno spazio da pranzo con un bruciatore a ceppi su due lati e può ospitare tutti gli ospiti per pasti di gruppo.

A lovely property with secluded gardens in a nice quiet location of St Agnes. Lovely quaint village that is not over commercialised with everything you need. Scenic coastal walks and nice beach when tide is out. Would definitely return.

Lovely cottage, great location for exploring on foot the local beaches, cliff walks and village of StAgnes, and easy access for car if going further afield, such as Eden Project. Facilities in cottage give you everything needed for a comfortable stay including a large secluded garden with sun traps and plenty of seating. The addition of a second cottage on site makes it a unique holiday location for sharing family getaways.

Balglaze is in a great situation for access to Trevaunance Cove, the Coastal Path and exciting places like The Eden Project.
St Agnes is a perfect village, offering everything you could possibly need.
Balglaze itself is perfect accommodation for a large group. The two buildings are beautifully presented, extremely clean, warm, and well equipped.
The owner, Sarah, responds promptly to any enquiries and you really feel well looked after.
It is an excellent place for a holiday.

Six of us middle aged men spread ourselves around the spacious property and used it as a excellent base for a walking long weekend.
Although we did not spend a great deal of time at the property you could easily spend all your time there. There is a lot of space and the gardens are lovely with lots of outdoor furniture.
The village and the sea were about 10 minutes walk away and the village had some great restaurants and pubs.
Everything was as advertised and I would very might recommend.

Great versatile accommodation for large mixed generation families to stay together. Beautiful garden setting, nearby NT beaches, NT coast path and the thriving village of St Agnes provides a versatile base for family holidays.

The property was a great space for a family to gather and relax. The garden is beautiful ,obviously someone's labour of love. We swam 2 times a day and then relaxed at the house. Trips to porth chapel perranporth and st agnes head were rewarding. Thankyou for a great holiday

Great week with family
Great week away with family age range from 3 to 88.
Ideal for all 11 of us and two dogs. Everyone said what a great find Balglaze was. Sarah the owner was very responsive to my emails prior to our holiday which helped everything go smoothly. The fact that the weather was sunny all week was the icing on the cake

Arriving at St Agnes was a real pleasure . Family from grandchild to grandparents. Late arrival following a 12 hour trip did not stop a visit to the cove and the seed was down. Surf mad adults had everything they needed chilled out adults enjoyed watching and energetic grandchildren had the rock pools and ice cream! Mostly we enjoyed the beach but trips to Eden and other local places were a lovely part of the trip given the vast difference of landscape we are used to. Overall a Brilliant time was had by all and most importantly the dog loved it too!

We had a nice summer break at Balglaze and found it to be well equipped, nicely located and very accessible to a mixed family group including children, disabled people and our dog. The house is comfortable and well equipped for a big family, providing lots of opportunities for relaxing. It is nicely situated within short walking distance to the village of St Agnes, and some local beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return.

We had a lovely week in Balglaze & cabin. Very spacious & well equipped, the house is in a lovely setting within walking distance of the village & beach. The only suggestion would be fans in the cabin as it was very hot at night but it didn’t spoil a wonderful holiday, thank you Sarah

LOVELY PLACE
we spend our holidays with two families in Balglaze. it is a lovely,big and comfortable house for 7 people and it is quiet nice to spend time in the garden.
St.agnes is nearby and a the walk to the beach is quiet easy. good surfing also for our young boys.
we think about coming back next year.

Fantastic holiday home!
Belglaze was wonderful, really spacious and perfect to relax. Facilities are great and only a short walk into St Agnes. We stayed during the carnival weekend which was very entertaining. Local people were all very friendly so we hope to come again!
