Le Personnel très accueillant à l'écoute du client. L'emplacement très bien ainsi bien sécurisé. Je recommande cette Hôtel sachant que je suis très difficile.

Spotlessly clean, breakfast was very varied and plentiful with an option to sit indoors or outdoors. Value was excellent. A great stopover hotel when arriving late from Ireland.

Metal detector at the entrance was unusual but the hotel was very safe with 24hour security.

Halls seem a bit outdated

Good selection for breakfast, but I did not like seeing people touching the baguette rolls to cut off a piece. They should be precut and a pair of tongs to pick them up. Food from the restaurant was very good and great prices, which we didn’t try til our last night. Was pissed that we had eaten out 2 nights at surrounding restaurants that were overpriced rather than eating at the hotel restaurant. We were not sure where the restaurant was when we stayed pre tour and did not know you had to order at the bar counter, as I don’t drink so don’t go to the bars, until tour mates, told us on our last night.

Occupants in the room above were noisy often. Too dark in the shower/bath area. Water spray, ends up on the floor baca use of the stupid half glass setup, from the shower spray and also when holding the shower handle, which is located too high for shorter people. One female reception employee, never smiled or was very friendly. I asked how much it would take to get a taxi, to the Medina. She said taxis were metered, which they were not as we didn’t see a single one. Cab drivers asked for what they wanted to rip off tourists. None of them would take us for the amount we were told by our guide. The neighbourhood area was so so. Restaurants nearby were overpriced.

Lovely hotel! Very good reception And very well placed in the center of Marrakech. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is incredibly kind.
