A fantastic villa in a stunning location. The villa has everything you need and the outdoor space is a perfect place to spend long relaxing days with stunning views. Mehmet, the property manager, is a star - arranging airport transfers, water delivery and anything else you may need. It was our first visit to Kalkan, we will be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else than here.

Wonderful views and Mehmet the house manager was great and very friendly. Outdoor space stunning and the kittens provided a lot of attention for our children. The house was very clean although we had not realised that the master en-suite is two floors away from the other bedrooms down a metal spiral staircase which if our children had been younger could have proved a problem. A lovely stay otherwise and we would not hesitate to sbook again.

We had a fantastic time at Cedar Villa .
Clean and comfortable and very well equipped .The pool and outside space is just amazing , and a 5 min walk to Mahal beach club which was so gorgeous.

Mehmet organised everything from the start.
He arranged a pick up from the airport and was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived.
He helped to organise taxis during our stay and was generally so helpful.
The villa itself was just as shown and is a very short walk from a fabulous restaurant called “the Castle

The property was as described. Clean comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Great outside furniture. Well equipped for a rainy day with board games, books, satellite tv, DVDs and puzzles. Plenty of help and advice from Mehmet if required, included in the daily pool and garden clean.
Be prepared for lots of hills if walking anywhere. 35 min walk into Kalkan possible or take the water taxi. Villa not suitable for those with mobility issues. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

We have found a very special place with this villa in beautiful Kalkan the only negative is that we had to leave .
This is the place to stay if you looking for a villa in Kalkan.
Very well looked after clean and tidy ,the pool area and sea views are just stunning ,never got bored of waking up to that view .In a perfect location with 2 beach clubs within a few minutes walk and the Castle restaurant a few steps away .We went into the centre every evening by either water taxi from beach club or by taxi 130 lira so about £3 it would be about 20 minutes to walk but with the heat we found taxis to suit us better with no issues .Have to mention Mehmet who looks after the villa ,very friendly, helpful and hardworking guy and the owners who made the booking so easy .As far Kalkan it's a beautiful gem ,with lovely restaurants and bars ,boat trips ,shops and friendly people and of course plenty of sunshine .It was the perfect holiday had by all and look forward to returning to this wonderful villa .

Where to start! From the get go Mehmet (house manager) was on hand (cleaned pool every morning) to answer questions or help when needed. Lovely chap! Villa couldn't be better located. Villa was home from home. Everything you need and more. Outside space is stunning. Not overlooked. very private and quiet. 3 min walk to beach and the taxi boat into town. Lovely restaurant (The Castle) on same street - 1 min walk. Beach clubs with stunning backdrops for evening meals...amazing sunsets watched from the villa terrace. Already booked for next year!

The villa was very comfortable and as described with great views and sunsets across the bay. Mehmet, the manager, was super helpful and visited every day to make sure the pool area was clean. Easy access into town by taxi (60TL) or water taxi (25 TL pp). Some lovely restaurants close by with live music too which was a great way to celebrate my birthday. There are some friendly cats that visit daily.

We’ve stayed in Kisla a few times but not previously at Cedar Villa. It will definitely be our ‘go to’ Villa when we next return! We loved the outside space and inside had absolutely everything we needed for the two of us. It was certainly good value for money compared to some of the more expensive and more modern villas. The location is perfect, Mehmet was super helpful. Made for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Just on our way home from two weeks in stunning Kalkan, one of which we spent at the lovely Cedar Villa.
It immediately feels like home. The owners have thought of every detail. From furnishings to DVDs and games, we wanted for nothing.
The outdoor space is by far the absolute highlight though! Views are incredible and there js a lovely sense of space and mix of sun and shaded areas.
The swimming pool is perfect for all ages, but our son who is 7 absolutely loved it as he could easily stand up one end and spent hours in there.
The landscaping is so beautiful. My favourite thing was showering in the flowers 🌸
We loved our mum and baby cat visitors daily and how convenient it was to walk to the beach clubs or get a taxi into town.
And Mehmet the manager was super attentive and helpful.
Honestly we could not fault our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a good value home away from home.

We had a fabulous stay at Cedar Villa which was in a great location with amazing views and great local amenities (and only a £3 taxi into Kalkan Town). It isn't as modern as some of the other villas in the area but it is incredibly homely with a beautiful outside area and pool. Mehmet the property manager was very helpful, even getting some shopping for our arrival.

This is a beautiful frontline villa with stunning uninterrupted sea views. Located in a lovely part of Kalkan (Kisla). The owners clearly understand what makes a good villa rental, with every little attention to detail catered for. The quality of the terrace furniture is superb and Mehmet does a wonderful job making sure it is maintained on a daily basis. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and experiencing all Villa Cedar and Kalkan have to offer. Highly recommend. Thank you for allowing us to share your wonderful holiday home.

Cedar Villa is absolutely lovely, with all you need for a 'home away from home' holiday. Everything you can think of has been catered for, and Mehmet the property manager is so helpful and welcoming - from arranging our airport pick up, getting our grocery shopping in for our arrival and maintaining the pool every day - he just made our first visit to Kalkan so much better. The location is amazing, really stunning, with great access to the beach and water taxis. There is just something so special about Cedar Villa that we have fallen in love with it and hope this will have been the first of many stays.

This property was exactly as described in fact in reality it was much nicer than the pictures. it’s in a ideal location and is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect holiday The pool was cleaned daily and was a good size, the villa was clean and spacious and really did have everything It was located in a quietish location but within easy walking distance of the water taxi to kalkan which has a great friendly atmosphere, great restaurants and lots of bars to choose from as well as lovely shops. Taxis were cheap, as an alternative to the water taxi there were a few bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa The castle restaurant is a very short walk away was great for drinks and their Tuesday night barbecue with live music was brilliant. Mehmet who looked after the property was really helpful, he came daily and was happy to arrange or advise if needed but not intrusive at all. The only negative comment I would say is that the stairs to the lower room were difficult to manage, they were fine for us but wouldn’t be suitable for a child or elderly or infirm, however this room can be accessed from outside if needed.I would highly recommend this villa it was really good value we had a fantastic time there and would definitely return

There’s a lot of flashy new-builds going up in Kalkan but this modest mature villa completely stole our hearts. Sitting virtually front line to the sea and just a gentle pottering distance to the two beach clubs in Kisla, it’s location couldn’t be better. Its large terrace and pool area felt very un-overlooked, being higher than the (very quiet) road, with beautiful mature garden to the sides and back, and to the front ... THAT VIEW. From mid-afternoon until sunset the sea becomes a mass of reflected sparkling sunlight - we were utterly captivated. It was just so easy to simply slot ourselves into this villa - it was all so well thought-through: the way the kitchen was equipped, lovely comfy beds, excellent water pressure and hot water, quiet air-con, fly screens on the windows, lots of windows so you could get a good through-breeze. It all had the kind of time-served holiday villa atmosphere that you only get in villas that are owned and managed by people who really get what makes a good villa holiday. A real find.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing holiday thanks to Cedar Villa. Its location with the sea right in front of you was truly special. Waking up and having a cup of tea in the balcony watching fishing boats passing by was such a joy as well as having a glass of G&T and wine while admiring an amazing sunset. We felt so fortunate to be able to do this every single day while we stayed there. The villa was well equipped, clean and had everything you need and everything worked. As it was just two of us so we only used one bedroom on the top floor where the bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Mehmet came every morning to clean the pool area and also ordered drinking water (19L) for us which was great. He was very helpful in answering our questions about the villa. We spent most of the time in the terrace area with a good size swimming pool and large sitting area with plenty of shades if you want to have a break from the sun. We used a beach club several times and it was great that you could pop in and out of the club to go back to the villa if you need it as it was really close. We really loved staying in Kisla rather than Kalkan for it is much calmer but also within a few mins’ reach of Kalkan in a taxi or a water taxi. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and we are talking about coming back next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much at Cedar Villa. It was very clean and in a perfect location easy reach of beach clubs, a supermarket and local restaurants. We had a car as we were travelling around a bit but the walk into Kalkan is possible but probably not in high season as is really too hot. There are water ferries and of course taxis which are so reasonable and very quick. We loved the pool and the top floor bedroom is to die for the view is stunning. Mehmet was very helpful and did a grand job at cleaning the pool area every day. We are glad that it was just the two of us as there would have been major arguments who was to have the top floor room. Although the other top floor room was lovely too and the basement room very big with own bathroom. We are frequent visitors of Kalkan and would definitely return to this villa.

This was a return visit to Kalkan but our first to Cedar Villa.
I am pleased to share that Cedar Villa is everything you'd hope for in a holiday villa. The facilities are fantastic, Glenn and Katie (the owners) are highly responsive and Mehmet (the manager) can't do enough for you.
Situated in Kisla, across the bay from Kalkan makes the town easily accessible but also far enough away so as not to feel overwhelmed by other holiday makers. Walking distance from both the beach clubs means you can go swimming in the sea without needing to plan a whole day out and return to the comfort of the villa afterwards.
The villa itself is very well appointed and we found we were happy to spend a high proportion of the days just hanging out between the sea and the terrace/pool then going into Kalkan for meals in the evenings (too many good quality and reasonably priced restaurants to mention!).
Overall if you're looking for a comfortable sun holiday I can highly recommend Cedar Villa.

The house was clean, and exactly like in the pictures. The area is very calm. Nevertheless, it is perfectly located, near Kalkan and next to two Beach clubs. And the view from

We had 2 weeks in Kisla. The villa was perfect, located in a quiet part of the area and a really short walk down to our favourite beach club. (Kalkan Park Beach Club). The views over the bay are beautiful , day and night and there is everything in the villa that you could need. Mehmet who called every morning to do the pool was friendly and informative. It's a few minutes drive into Kalkan which we preferred as we didn't want to stay in the centre. There are loads of restaurants in the town and a couple out at Kisla. The shopping in Kalkan is great, BSG for handbags, Boutique Belma for clothes and lots of shops selling bespoke art and gifts. Merkez is the best cafe and the best two restaurants are The Olive Garden for the rooftop terrace restaurants and Aubergine for the harbour front restaurants. Don't forget to feed the dogs and cats when you are there. KAPSA vacinates and neuters them but they rely on the tourists in the summer for food and then KAPSA feeds them in the winter.
The pool at the villa is great, on a terrace with the bay view and a good size. Aircon works well in the rooms and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated the iPod speakers and there was a good selection of books and dvds if we wanted them.

Have just returned from Kalkan where we spent two weeks in Cedar Villa. The location and views are absolutely stunning. The villa is very well equipped for all your needs and feels very homely. We ate out most nights in Kalkan which is a short drive away (taxi's are readily available and very cheap). The restaurants are fantastic, I don't think we had a bad meal in two weeks! We all enjoyed the pool which overlooks the sea! All in all a great holiday, will definitely return!

This is our first visit to Kalkan and Cedar Villa. We have had an amazing holiday and it helped that the villa was so well equipped, you name it and it was in the villa from baby plates and beakers to full set of pans, iron, and it was great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine, it was like going from home to home. It was good to have 3 floors the house was large enough for 2 couples to have their own space and not get in each other's way, Mehmet is amazing, he comes every morning and cleans the pool and the outside area. If you happen to have any problems he will come over straight away. We have enjoyed a wonderful 2 week family holiday. The restaurants are amazing and we enjoyed Kaputas Beach where you can get homemade pancakes it is Well worth a trip to Xanthos ancient city and Sakilent Gorge where you can go on a zip wire and rafting.

Stayed at cedar villa for 7 days with my family, we had a fantastic time. I was surprised that the villa had a PlayStation, which the kids loved.
For anyone thinking to book a car it may not be nessary, it's always useful but you can get to places without a car. You can hop on the water bus and get to kalkan town within 5 minutes. Local convenient store is a 5 minute walk from the villa and there are also a few restrants really close by that you can get to by foot ( they also do home delivery)
P.S a big thank you to mehmet 's brother for taking us to the best sweet shop for buklava. I will be booking this villa again in the near future.

Travelled from New Zealand. Picked up our kids from UK and had a lovely family holiday here. Mehlmut was very helpful especially when our transfer hadnt turned up at the airport and his was the only phone number we had! Loved the villa and its location so much we had to force ourselves to go visit a few ruins now and then. There is plenty to see and do as you would like. Property was in excellent condition and a perfect location. Had every extra we ever needed, kitchen well equipped. We could not fault our stay and of course none of us wanted to leave.

We've just returned from Turkey and I just had to write to say how fantastic your villa is and what a lovely holiday we had. The views were just amazing, and we were so relaxed for the two weeks that we hardly left the villa!
What really stood out apart from the position of the villa was how everything inside and out was of such excellent quality, all the decoration and furnishings and the kitchen equipment and garden furniture. It was a real pleasure to stay in your beautiful villa!
The photos and descriptions of the villa/location/etc were completely accurate and in fact the views were even more beautiful than expected. It was lovely to be able to walk (5-10 minutes) to buy bread, milk, fruit and basis groceries from local stores, but with a choice of three larger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. You could walk to a few local restaurants or have a larger choice just 5 minutes' drive away.
I would highly recommend this property.
