It was close the beach and not fare to the shops and restaurants. Clair the housekeeper and Charlie the maintenance man were both very helpful, hardworking and knowledgeable about the area of Looe.
A hook in the porch for very wet raincoats would be very useful.

Lovely place so close to the beach had everything we needed and we had such a wonderful stay. Perfect place for a long weekend

This was a compact apartment which was ideal for two of us. Despite its size it had a bath as well as a shower, and a soak in the bath was welcome after coast path walking! The kitchen area seemed to have everything we needed and the lounge dining area was nice too. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in the bedroom for clothes and other items. We knew about the parking arrangements before we booked and there was plenty of room in the Millpool car park.
The window was stuck open when we arrived so it was a bit chilly a couple of evenings.

Great place, perfect location, very well equipped and everything was clean bright and worked well
Owner genuinely seemed to care and wanted to make sure everything was OK, I met the caretaker on the way out and she even helped with my bags, that extra touch.

Small but clean and cosy apartment right in the centre of Looe, about 1 minute walk away from the beach.
Car parking was difficult due to the location, a large public car park is about 20 mins walk away.

Spotlessly clean, comfy, cosy and quiet, located close to beach in the centre of Looe. Within a couple of minutes walk from entertainment and restaurants / takeaways. Will definitely visit again.

Parking is a bit of an issue but not too big a problem if you don’t mind a pleasant 10-minute walk to the car park.

The location was superb.The sand martin was just the right size for a couple.Loved the charm of the place which was all spick and span.
Sofa was a tad uncomfortable. The snoring of the neighbors.

Excellent location in the center of East Looe and very close to the beach front and harbour. We loved it! Paul is a great host and kept in contact to make sure we were happy. The apartment catered for all our needs, was comfortable and spotlessly clean; we also had 2 mini bottles of wine waiting for us when we got there which was a lovely touch :D
Its a shame the views out of the windows are not great but that is to be expected from a fishing village with old narrow streets but being central to everything including being so close to the beach completely made up for that!

Apartment was self catering and location was exceptional as all facility's required where all within a very small walking distance, including beach, river, shops and restaurants.
A well worth visit in our opinion was a boat trip over to Looe island with the wild life and history.
The vehicle had to be located in the chargeable long stay car park with a 15 minutes walk back to apartment.
Have to say I wasn't that disappointed as this was clear before booking Sand Martin and also a very enjoyable walk.

Quant little apartment, equipt with everything you could possibly need.
Located in a quiet position, but just a stone's throw from the harbour and beach. Perfect base for exploring all the beauty Cornwall has to offer. Can't wait to return!
