受付のスタッフさん丁寧な対応でした。 景観、室内の雰囲気最高でした。

動物の毛がところどころに落ちていたことだけが残念でした。それ以外は最高でした。

A lot of space. An old house with a lot of character. An interesting neighbourhood

Not very comfortable when the weather gets cold . Some of the shoji do not run easily.

Ήταν μοναδική εμπειρία για εμάς να μείνουμε σε ένα παραδοσιακό σπίτι με ταταμι, τα κρεβάτια ήταν υπερανετα, ήταν πολύ καθαρά και όμορφα.

Το προσωπικό αρκετά αγενή, μας είχαν δώσει μόνο δύο συγκεκριμένες ώρες όπου μπορούμε να κάνουμε τσεκ ιν 16:00-18:00 κόβοντας το πρόγραμμα μας. Το τσεκ ιν έπρεπε να το κάνουμε στην άλλη άκρη της πόλης από εκεί που είναι το σπίτι, οπότε έπρεπε να προγραμματίσουμε όλη μας την ημέρα βάση σ αυτό χάνοντας 2 ώρες. Όταν φτάσαμε ζητήσαμε νερό και γέλασαν σαν να ζητούσαμε κάτι πολύ περίεργο, το βρήκαμε αγενές, θεωρήσαμε πως κάποιος θα μας οδηγούσε στο κατάλυμα εφόσον είναι τόσο μακριά αλλά πάλι μας κοίταξαν περίεργα και μας χλεβασαν. Στο σπίτι καθώς ήταν βράδυ την ώρα που καταφέραμε να φτάσουμε μας δυσκόλεψε πάρα πολύ η εξωτερική πόρτα και μας πήρε αρκετή ώρα όπως και να κλειδώσουμε και αυτό γιατί πάλι κανένας δεν ήταν εκεί να μας το δείξει. Επίσης θέλαμε να κοιμηθούμε κάτω αλλά είχαν επιλέξει για εμάς ότι θα κοιμηθούμε επάνω καθώς εάν χρησιμοππιουσαμε σεντόνια της ντουλάπας θα μας χρέωναν έξτρα. Το σπίτι υπέροχο η εταιρεία διαχείρισης πολύ κακή.

Tsunagian Tabi-Ne is a truly stunning property and not to be missed if you are visiting Kanazawa. While it is located a little outside of the main centre it is within a short walk of the stunning Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen Garden. The property is generously proportioned with more than enough space for our party of 4 adults with two bedroom offering the choice of western style beds in one room and futon beds in the other. The decor was gorgeous with lots of decorative pieces to admire and the courtyard garden was lovely. Our check-in experience here was probably the best of all the properties we stayed in while in Japan. The check-in takes place at a hotel a short walk from the central station rather than the property itself to be prepared to travel either by bus or on foot. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but the chap handling the paperwork was extremely friendly, helpful and spoke English very well. He gave us a whole host of useful information such as the local bus routes, an area map with recommended shops and restaurants and was more than happy to give suggestions on how to plan our short stay in Kanazawa. At the hotel there was a range of free extras such as toiletries and slippers to take away. Overall I would highly recommend Tsunagian Tabi-Ne, especially if you prefer somewhere with a little more peace and quiet than the more central locations.

The only thing I found at fault in the property was the pillows on the western style beds - I felt that they were very hard and uncomfortable compared to the lovely, fluffy pillows on the futon beds.
