The room was booked as a budget room. It was comfortable quirky and had all you needed.
The bar are had been modernised but was done well with good areas. to eat and drink. A good choice of beers and wines. The menu had a good choice, the food was fresh, tasty and service good.
Johnny the owner/barman etc. Was very helpful and we were well looked after.
Nothing, maybe a bit off the beaten track but that adds to it's charm

We had a wonderful stay at the Fox Inn. It was set in the most gorgeous village. The facilities were charmingly rustic. Food was absolutely amazing. Our hosts Johnny and Phil couldn’t have been friendlier.

The hosts were fantastic, so accommodating and kind. The place is so quaint and the breakfast was delish.

Johnny and team were super friendly and as welcoming as can be. Really helpful people bending over backwards to meet every need.

Both Paul and Jonathan made my wife and I very welcome and we instantly felt 'at home'. We had an evening meal and breakfast these were very good.
Paul kindly drove me to collect my car from the wedding venue where I left it the previous eveninig which was a very generous gesture.

The chef and the owner were all really friendly and helpful, I would recommend their food, drinks and the accommodation.
We have no complaints, we enjoyed it all

The Fox Inn is a proper village pub, with a very friendly helpful Landlord, & an excellent Chef. The beer is very well kept & there is a wine list full of quality wines. The menu contains many pub food favourites, as well as an imaginative specials board, with at least two vegan options.
The weather .. cold & snowy! But a cosy warm room was a great refuge

The pub, location, staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good food. Just watch the beams and windows. 😊
Nothing. Bear in mind rooms are not spacious but it is a very traditional beamed building in a stunning village.

Johnny and his team were most helpful. The meals, dinner and breakfast were very good.
No complaints. This is a traditional country pub, with all that implies. It has character.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good food though not cheap. A popular pub for the locals, busy and good atmosphere on a Friday night.

We ate an evening meal , which was excellent, alongside a very welcoming log fire. The quality of the breakfast was fantastic, catering very well for my gluten free needs .
Whilst we really enjoyed the breakfast and the service great it would have been helpful to to have had cereal , coffee and fruit juice available as self service.

Great little pub in good location for our travels. Only stayed one night but food great and staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Les provided a warm welcome to a charming country pub. Good food in a lovely atmosphere. Sorry didn't catch his name but the co owner produced a fabulous breakfast, his personality was engaging and fun
