Great place to stay, was like a home away from home.

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay. The house had everything we could need and lovely ocean views. We really enjoyed the big secure balcony, hammock for naps and big comfy couch. The two year old was secure and happy. Thanks for the stay. We hope to be back!

This house was everything we expected and more. The space is beautiful and is proximity to the beach was so wonderful.
I would mention that the main bedroom is upstairs and other bedrooms are downstairs all of you have really young kids. You may all have to stay downstairs.
We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This was our second stay at Periwinkle on the beach and we had a great few days. Short walk across to a lovely quiet beach.
The house is very well set up and thought given to everything that you might need while away and the chilled wine as well as other welcome gifts was much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend the home for a family or group of families/friends.

Excellent location between Bunbury and Busselton. Great views from the balcony. Very comfortable beds. Good coffee machine with pods provided. Well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful property, my family had a great time, wish there were more amenities closer but had a car so could travel into busselton.

Stay was lovely, gate at the top of the stairs was good for the little kids. Internet access was great as well as access to Netflix and Stan. Communication with owner was fast and easy, overall great stay 😊

Karen is an amazing host. We love everything about Periwinkle! We have made this amazing house our yearly getaway. Karen is very easy to communicate with. I rate our experience 25/10!!!!! This has been our second year in a row and cannot wait to rebook for next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Peppermint Grove Beach. The house big enough for 2 families with 5 children between us.
The little kids loved being able to scoot the whole way around the house on the ground level and our bigger kids enjoyed relaxing in the hammock. Parents and kids had seperate living areas which was fantastic.
Super effective baby gate at the top of the stairs and very safe for the kids to run around outside. There was only 1 way our very fast toddler could escape which was up the driveway so she was able to fun free most of the day.
Balcony was a beautiful place to watch the sunset over the ocean.

Perfect for 8 adults. Everything you could possibly want provided. Exceeded our expectations from the online description. We didn't need them but lots of facilities for young kids provided.

Home away from home.
Beautiful, warm classic house. Welcome chocolates and wine for us. 4 big beds which are very comfortable. House well stocked with blankets and heaters. Will book again. Karen five stars for you. Thank you for hosting us and giving us an amazing experience.

Fully equipped, close to the Beach
The house has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were also greeted with a nice bottle of wine which is a very nice touch. The view from the balcony on the first floor is definitely a plus and is a very close walk to the beach. On the downside, the house needs a lot of maintenance and unfortunately was not clean. The walls are very scratched and dirty, the light on the first floor bedroom does not work, and the bathroom door handle is broken. The couch has a lot of stains, and the bathroom on ground floor was not clean on arrival.

An accident prone weekend
Overall the property was accurately described and clean, except the oven was greasy and a burnt carousel dish and pizza dish was left in it. We could not use it.
Lovely hospitality touches though and beautiful views.

Great Weekend
Fantastic presentation, great layout, excellent location, beautiful beach. Very relaxing weekend with some great friends and a game of golf at nearby Capel. Thanks for the wine and chocolate biscuits. We will be back.

Fantastic location and great amenities
The property has great amenities, all bedrooms have double beds which is rare and a wonderful surprise for 4 girlfriends trying to find a place that would accommodate that configuration. It is located a stones throw from the beach, great views from the balcony which we sat on everyday to enjoy breakfast and a wine at night. The house is equipped with everything you need. The only negative is the cleanliness. I don't believe the cleaners did a good job. The handrail on the stairs was sticky, fans were dirty and showers needed a good clean. However apart from that one negative we would definitely stay again :)

Great views, close to beach
Lovely stay, views were great nice to sit on the balcony and look at view. Even if weather wasn’t great can sit in lounge and look at the view. Five minute walk to beach. Highly recommend to stay.

Our third annual stay at this lovely home in Peppermint Grove! We never moved from the house except for our daily trips down to the beach! Just beautiful!

Family Christmas
Fabulous position with ocean view from the large verandah. Short walk to the beach which is really great for families (a little hill on the way back to keep you fit ). Comfortable high beds. Handy with two lounge rooms (the boys could watch the cricket and the little ones could watch their movies). The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking and baking needs. We had a fabulous Hot Christmas.

Perfect parents getaway
Property was in a quiet street with views to the ocean. We loved the layout and space of the house. The wine and chocolate biscuits were a perfect welcome gift aswell.

This holiday house is located close to the beach and would be great in the warmer months. The house was clean and suitably equipped for a holiday stay.

It was so easy to communicate with Karen, always very prompt with her replies especially when we had to reschedule due to lockdown.Also provided tim tams and a bottle of wine which was a very nice welcome. We really enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t great, and those board games were a very nice addition!

Perfect Beach House Holiday
Walked into a very clean large 2 story beach house with a warm and cozy feel. Big beds, cloud-soft pillows, "has it all" kitchen (I even baked a birthday cake!), glorious sea views, comfy sofas, great laundry, superb wrap around balcony, suit any size group, lots of baby/children gear, copious board games, CD's & DVD's. We just dropped our bags, got the sand between our toes and relaxed! Wonderful Owner!
