Very spare kitchen items. Having to carry my cases across to the red hotel after a late flight to sign in. A long wait to sign in.

The room was stunning! As soon as we walked in we were amazed! The shower is gorgeous, it had two shower heads, one was a waterfall & the other was normal. It has a sofa for when you watch tv which was comfy you could also connect your phone to watch netflix, prime video etc. The kitchen has glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle & a toaster. Everything is all on a touch pad, you didn't have to get up & switch the lights on as it was all within arm length eg next to the bed, sofa & front door. Air con was perfect but keep in mind you must keep the balcony door closed for it to turn on.

We wanted to stay for 1 week but they had no availability. However when we did a seperate booking it said they did which was confusing? Because san antonio is a very busy area, you can hear all the party people but tbh it wasn't that bad. On our last day at 8am we had people up on the next floor above us playing music, I msg the hotel & within 20mins they replied & went to the room that was causing the noise. The wifi defo needs improving!

The property is in the absolute perfect location, close to all shops and bars. It is very modern and has everything you need from mood lighting to Smart TVs. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. The electric curtains are controlled by a touchpad at the side of the bed for complete blackout and there was minimal noise from the bars below despite being on the first floor. Would recommend this place to anyone

Location, very close to shops, takeaways and restaurants, taxi rank, beach, balcony has a seaview and gets the sun in the afternoon, clean modern rooms, would stay here again

Noise from sirens and some drunk people at night but can be helped with earplugs

Great location and really nice, fresh rooms with plenty of space. It is right in the centre of San Antonio with views of the beach and harbour.

Check in is at a neighboring building. Parking is some distance away, which wasn't an issue for me but may be an issue for families or those with lots of luggage.

We loved the location and the view from the balcony. the decor and facilities were all great and perfect for our trip! The hotel staff added balloons and chocolates for my sisters bday after I asked if they could add anything as a surprise for her! she loved it so thank you!!

the air con in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off on the first night but the staff fixed it after we told them. there was a loud clicking noise that was annoying during the night but we couldn’t figure out what it was.
