The bathroom doors in the apartment are difficult to close and are very loud.

we would have preferred not to be in an attic room.

Spacious friendly staff and had a gym and pool. Good breakfast modern hotel

Room on second floor with small window unable to look out of and no decent curtains to block out daylight. Able to hear neighbours chatting and people returning to their rooms

Quiet situation within easy walking distance of Comillas town and the beach. Our room had a lovely view over the golf course and to the sea.

The breakfast offered was good, (great tortilla);however the layout of the buffet in one corner meant that it was a bit crowded even though there weren't that many eating at the same time as us.

Noise level next door & hot choice of food was cold.

Totally overpriced hotel. Breakfast does not correspond the value with minimal things, eggs and sausages totally horrible! The cuisine at the restaurant bad although the waiters were super nice. The room is only with bed and table. No kettle to boil water if you want tea. Only one key from the hotel is given, which is super uncomfortable. In the room the socket was also broken so when I put my phone charging at night, in the morning it was still discharged. Complete disappointment!!!

catering delivery was poor. For example this was not organised with regard to having breakfast with a large group of children who should have had a separate breakfast buffet. A profound and disappointing failure of customer service and leadership.
