Chambre spacieuse et calme, literie confortable. Kitchenette pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Proximité de magasins.

La situation ( Difficile à trouver car peu d'indication d'accès) .Cette résidence est intégrée dans un très grand immeuble avec nombreuses enseignes commerciales. L'environnement n'est pas très sympa (grand hypermarché juste à côté.

The room was nicely big and very Clean. The location is perfect and quiet. There was a small kitchen with everything you need to cook.

Very nice hotel and rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen area is nice. The location is good as it is not far from everything by car.

The appartement hotel is in a nice area near a shopping center and bakery. The room is big and you have a free parking spot.
There is also a small kitchen there if you need it.
13 min to the dune and 15 to the beach.
Sometimes you could hear the highway which is near the hotel and in our room the mattress was just OK.

I got a room with kitchen that actually didn't work, just the microwave worked
also the cleaning is very 4 days, I got some allergies with the carpet

The room was great and clean. It had additional cooking facilities and fridge which we did not expect. Staff were generally very helpful.
They did not replace or provide additional toilet roll when needed, you had to go to reception and ask for it. Also given the location has very few restaurants or bars in walking distance the hotel is in bad need of a restaurant providing evening meals and a bar.

Price acceptable in an otherwise very expensive environment. Still you may find cheaper locations searching among the local B&Bs.
This accommodation is very convenient because of the 24h availability of the reception. Also the location, close to the highway is very convenient for a mall and to reach everywhere on the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Staff is very kind.
Interiors are stylish and look like the cabin of a spaceship... it may not meet your taste.
Breakfast all you can eat but quite ordinary.
Not open to food intolerant guest.

Breakfast area in the lobby not at level expected. Location next to road in a commercial/industrial zone. Not a holiday place.

Peace and tranquility, comfort, cleanliness, convienience to services, plenty of available parking.
Would have liked a few more available utensils in the kitchen. Shelving on the walls was sloping.

Breakfast was good but as expected. Room was ok but had trouble locking door. Maintenance man very helpful.
Location could have been nearer amenities.

Lack of help and lack of interest from the à single staff (receptioniste ) with difficulties in connecting to the Internet inside the hotel . Very poor coverage .
Could not make tel. Calls from room ( 237) . No outside line .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good comfort in the room. The restaurant's food was excellent and reasonably priced.
Too bad the spa was closed due tu covid measures. The hotel is located close to a shopping centre in the industrial area. Not what I would call a charming location but rather a functionnal one. Not an area to walk around but a central point to visit teh surroundings with a bike or a car
