Fantastic location, and great sea views. Room was very comfortable, great aircon. Great value breakfast that you can enjoy on a shaded terrace. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Love that she offers beach towels and parasols.

Good for a short stay, this family hotel proposes clean cosy rooms. ☕ Breakfast at 10 eur had all I needed, on the back terrace in the shade. 🏖️ Sun umbrellas and beach mats lend is free of charge (great for public beach). Windows provide good isolation even if it's on sunny side, overlooking the sea, it's not hot inside and aircon works well. 💟 Attentive service and kind attitude of all hotel staff is really what makes the stay pleasant. 🛏️ I stayed in two room categories: 1st floor one was a bit bigger, better decorated and with a more comfortable bed than the small room on 4th floor. Very small showers. And there is not really much space to dry swimsuits, towels.. 💻 I could work in the small eating area, it was pleasant. 🚗 This central area in Juan les Pins is very difficult for parking! And local drivers are not attentive, be careful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the welcome!

Very pleasant breakfast with a nice varity to pick from: sweet or savory depending on the preference. It includes: ham, cheese, croissants, fresh bread, toasts, different spreads, eggs, fruit, drinks, etc.

The rooms are very affordable for the location as the hotel is just one block away from the sea front and at walking distance from the center of Juan les Pins. The bed was good and the available space was nicely decorated. AC in the room is really appreciated !

It feels like the rooms could not be smaller, I'm not a big guy and a barely fit in the shower. Several participants of the same congress were staying at the hotel, our work sessions and the breakfast started at 8, so we all missed breakfast every day as it was not negotiable to be served earlier.

Great location, right next to the train and many restaurants. The room was always very clean.

There’s no elevator and the room was quite small. There’s Also no fan in the bathroom so it was also always wet.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. Spent three nights there. Perfect location near beach and train station so great access to Nice, Cannes and the rest of the Cote d'Azur. Great breakfast and we loved Dobby the cat!

Shower was good but very small, it was leaking out some water on the floor carpet in the bedroom next to bathroom, but it didn’t bother us that much when be were there, it was more that we didn’t want to “destroy” the floor carpet (heltäckningsmatta)

Friendly small hotel in centre, near Jazz Festival and beach. Lovely garden for breakfast. room was small but comfortable, with everything we needed. Great value.

The location of the hotel (but not our room) is good and close to the beach.

The room, a triple, is overpriced and quite small and had no view. There was no refrigerator and no parking, ( though parking was mentioned in the booking. com information). We had to park 20 minutes away. Only one chair in the room for sitting, There is a curfew at 9pm and you need to remember the code. Breakfast is no longer included in the room rate, as it was three years ago when we last stayed there. Reception is on the first floor and no lift
