Zentrale Lage, die Fenster des Schlafzimmers gehen auf den Stradun. Wir haben die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Gut ausgestattete Küche und TV vorhanden. Bei geschlossenen Fenster ist vom Trubel des Straduns nichts zu hören. Klimaanlage ist auch da, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht.
Die Wohnung darüber wird momentan renoviert und die Arbeiten starten bereits um 6 Uhr.

Big, clean, location if you want to stay inside old town (put up with noise n crowd up till midnight). I will stay outside old town if I revisit Dubrovnik
Noise n crowd. Apartment wooden floor are squeaky which is especially noisy middle of the night.
The air-conditioning is inadequate. Probably about 25 C coolest. Not adequate for over 30 C external temperature
The owner only accept cash on taking the keys which I was not prepared for. Luckily I had sufficient cash on hand. Gave me a rude shock.

Great host, bed was insanely huge and comfy. You are right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. Very clean place. Highly recommend.
I didnt know i would have to pay by cash which was quite inconvenient for me.

Nerio met us when we arrived and sat down with us to point out some highlights of the area and some good restaurants. The place was clean and the bed very comfortable.
The shower stall was very small, however there was plenty of hot water.

No breakfast included in my 160 Euros for one night. The only good point was the location of the property and as you cannot park in the old town of Dubrovnik the location was a plus. Mind you the parking of the car cost 78 Euros overnight until 1300 hrs.!!!!!
It was a rip off the furniture was old the place threadbare and the owner did not speak very good English so finding him after parking the car was difficult. Luckily Dubrovnik is fairly small and the main road one straight thoroughfare.

An absolutely superb location with the apartment front door less than 10 steps away from joining the Stradun.
Excellent bed and comfortable furnishings. Small but well designed bathroom with great shower. Air-conditioning was also excellent.

The location was incredible and Nerio is the best and most prepared host. Loved every second of staying in the old town. The APT had thick windows and was so quiet!

Location, location! Fabulous location right on the stradum and so central to all the sights of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. This large 1st floor apartment was perfect for 3 adults sharing with a large bedroom & lounge space & separate kitchen. it came equipped with a washing machine which was essential having just finished a week of boating. very smooth checkin process and easy communication direct with the owner. Also has a great pancake place located across the alley which served great coffee.
I hadn’t realised it was a cash only payment so needed a quick dash to the ATM around the corner before check in.

Location was amazing. Right off the main street. Exactly what you want. Easy to find and host was great.

The apartment is just at 3 meters of Stradum street and in the middle of the two entrances to Oldtown. The owner, Nerio, is very kind and helped us in everything we needed, very confortable. With the weather of summer is really important have a place to rest during the day after walk or visit iconic places of Dubrovnik.

A nice modern decorated room nice and comfortable with everything we needed.
Not a lot everything was as described in the booking and far exceeded our expectations
