Amazing location, lovely staffing, comfortable and cleaned room

We loved the location and the beds were comfortable

The price we paid was definitely excessive because what was described as a luxury suite in actual fact was a room with the essential bare necessities. Paint was old and flaking off at some points. Fixtures in a terrible state. The landing and especially the railing which leads up to the B&B were filthy. Our breakfast consisted of one coffee and a small cornetto in a bar across the square. We were there from Saturday to Monday, but on Monday the bar was closed so no breakfast. We will definitely not return to this B&B.

The location is exactly in the center close to everything, it has a very nice view too. I took a room for 2 ‎people it was big enough for both of us, the bathroom got cleaned each day and the host is super kind and ‎helpful. the breakfast included was also very good.‎

Since the hotel is exacly in the center of the city, it doesn't get calm easily at night you kind of have to ‎wait until the bars and the restaurants near the B&B get closed.‎

everything is in used condition, the rooms are not super clean, the place is very noisy, the owner is probably aware of that but still rents the rooms knowing it can’t be used for its purpose : sleep.

Fantastic location

the booked secure parking never materialised. to operate the shower you needed a university degree, but the biggest problem was the music from the cafe immediately below our room - if had known that this was likely to happen we would not have booked

I was staying at Professor Room, it was very spacious and beautiful.

Central location right next to Duomo, bars and restaurants. Shower with multi jets was fun. Old building with character. Friendly and helpful staff.

Noise, noise and more noise. Band playing right under my window from 20pm until after midnight on first night and a band at another bar close by played until we’ll after midnight the second night. Air conditioning not strong enough to keep windows closed, but bands are so close that closing the eindywx would have made little difference,

Localized in the center nearby the cathedral surrounded with bars and restaurants. Private parking is available for extra charge.

The nights were disturbed by the loud music from the street until 2:00 a. m. Not for tired tourists.

Music from street went on past midnight. Breakfast was only coffee and a croissant at the bar downstairs. This was the most expensive B&B I stayed in during five weeks in Sicily and it was nothing special. Owners sent messages and had an app but never seemed to answer questions like wifi password.

Aggressive music from restaurants just below the windows of a cheaper room, sometimes until 2 AM. The more expensive rooms exposed to other directions are quiet enough. Our room was kindly changed.

it was a Jan 1st and the bar just under our window！people cheering and loud disco last all night long！No way to get to sleep wrong time wrong place！：（

The stuff is really nice and gentle always ready to help so comfortable to deal with them

on the weekend it’s a bit noisy, but understandable because it’s considered in the center might be good for someone who like to go out in the night alot of mosquitoes could be managed by mosquitoes killer light..

the BB is right next to the piazza , best location in messina without a doubt. the room itself was a bit randomly furnished but if looks don’t matter to you you’re good. the bathroom was a bit used . although it’s next to piazza , one could close the doors and it was quiet again. the staff is nice.

the bathroom would need a bit more of attention, otherwise it’s cool.

The staff were extremely accomodating, spoke English and Italian for me, comfortable bed and perfect location for me, close to the duomo, teatro and il municipio, great for the evening
