Great and friendly owners, our apartment was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great and a freshly squeezed orange juice was a jackpot!

the family is so so nice! Once they took us to the old town of Herceg Novi by car because we missed the bus. The breakfast was great and they gave us a lot of tips!

The staff is fantastic! We enjoyed every moment of our stay there as well as the food in the restaurant. The room was a good size, clean and comfy. We will be back definitely :)

Everything was great!

Sparkling clean accommodations. Wonderful owners were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Loved the spacious shower and great breakfast. Julia stocked our refrigerator with bottles of water, cans of soda and a plate of fresh fruit and chocolates.

Very difficult to access by car due narrow single lane road and aggressive drivers. Property is across the road and up the mountainside from the beach. Beach access is only via a nearby hotel or stairwell a short distance from the hotel. Views of the water are limited. WiFi was intermittent.

After our stay in Laterna, I can only confirm the exceptional overall reviews about this place. I give it a strong 10. The service is beyond professional, from the beginning to the end. The staff are so kind and forthcoming, always there to assist in every possible way they can, but at the same time you don’t notice them. They gave us a really nice crib for our baby. Really amazing and exemplary service, almost not real. The apartment was very comfortable, with the large terrace, extremeley clean, with a lot of sunlight. It is very new also. We came with two little kids, and they certainly enjoyed the terrace where they spent most of the time. Just below the apartments, there is a restaurant (run by the same people), and the food there was excellent. We had fish soup and fish every day, tuna and branzino, really great. Apple pie was also amazing. Breakfast was served there every morning, also very good, with squeezed oranges, and the hosts were ready to listen to our wishes and change some items for breakfast. At the same building, there is a little grocery store (also run by the same hosts), where you can find all the basic things you might need, including ice cream. So no need to bring anything from home really, we had everything there. We were going to the beach of the near by hotel Iberostar (5 min walk down the street), where they charge 15 euros for two sunbeds and parasol. The beach was very nice and pretty big, good also for the little ones, including the very nice pool, with a great view. All in all, truly a great stay, thanks to all great people who run this place. Will definetely be back, as some people whom we meet who returned for the second or third time.

Everything was great. The view from balony was on the mountains and partially the sea. The room was brilliant clean. Service was fantastic, breakfast and dinner too. Near the accommodation there is a beach less frequented by local residents.

Location is fairly isolated from the town and a range of restaurants. That said, the local beach is great, as are the views of the city and the restaurant below the rooms.
