The Country House was excellent value for money. All the perks of staying at the main hotel, but with the charm of staying in a villa just down the road. The hotel swimming pool and bar area was lovely and well maintained. Hotel prices for drinks were reasonable. The restaurant was excellent, with many fresh options to enjoy over several nights. The walk to the bus stop into town was very close and the buses were regular. Breakfast was fresh and adequate!
Some staff were a little 'frazzled'. They seemed busy and annoyed a lot of the time, but after a few days, they would smile and respond in kind.

Very quiet yet close to the city, in a green setting surrounded by a park.
One towel was dirty. Toilet top was broken. Bed was not comfortable. It was very basic amenities.

Everything, it exceeded my expectations a 4 star hotel in Italy is usually a 3 star, but this one truly is a great hotel.
The distance between the country house and where they serve breakfast at the hotel where they also have a pool. If you want to use the pool is quite far.

Zimmer okay, Frühstück auch gut. Für eine Städtereise gut geeignet. Pizzeria in der Nähe. Wunderschöne Anlage, Pfauvögel fühlen sich sehr wohl.
Spiegel im Zimmer sind unangebracht.

Mancanza di un secondo cuscino nella camera matrimoniale (3 cuscini anziché 4) in entrambe le camere utilizzate.

Ho soggiornato nella dependance dell’hotel, edificio distaccato molto accogliente e ben tenuto. La stanza era mansardata silenziosa ben arredata con un bagno grande e confortevole. La colazione varia ed abbondante e’ all’interno dell’edificio principale dell’hotel.

The staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful, patient and welcoming, even when we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning after our flight was delayed. The location is good: a short taxi ride from the airport, an easy bus ride into the centre of Bologna, set in leafy surroundings. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a feast, served a short walk away, in the Savoia Regency Hotel.

Very nice and helpfull stuff. They upgraded our room to a bigger one on the ground floor without any request from us. The beds were comfortable and the nights quiet. Good breakfast in the neighbor hotel- Savoia regency (3 min walk). 15 min drive with a bus (number 20) to the center of Bologna, station located 2 min walk from the hotel. One of the evenings we ate dinner in the restaurant of Savoia regency (Garganely) and it was delicius, with good service.
The pool that is located also in the Savoia regency is not big and though sometimes crowded.

The location was excellent relatively to the airport since our flight was very early in the morning. We did not enjoy the breakfast, since it is served only after 6am, but the night concierge was so nice to give us juice and coffee.

The rooms are ridiculously small and dark. You have to call the reception every time you want to use the ac and during summer ac is needed for sure. All the amenities like breakfast and pool are at the Savoia hotel across the street.

The room was bigger than expected and really nice and clean. Comfortable bed and good stopover before a flight. You can use the pool at the hotel across the street.
Our room was located next to the elevator, which made a lot of noise. The Aircon in our room did not work. We opened the window, but there was soon noise from the road nearby.

Beautiful property! Didn't get the opportunity to test out breakfast or the pool since I was only there 1 day.
Not the property's issue-but 2km outside the city center made for longer commutes by foot. I chose the property being ignorant of parking lots in the city. Probably would've chosen a different property in town had I known. Nonetheless, enjoyed my stay.

Location - just besides the highway, but despite of this, silent; public transport stop directly in front of the hotel and another one behind the corner, good intervals on line 20 to the city centre

We loved this hotel. Extra clean rooms, great location and very kind and helpful staff. Perfect place for relaxation. There are also some lovely restaurants nearby.

Very homey, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious but you have to walk far for it but the hotel its hosted in is very nice.
You have to pay for expensive tea.

It is a bit far from the center but if you are with a car, it is a very nice option.
