The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A small refrigurator in the room would have been nice.

Great location. lovely lounge and bar areas and swimming pool. all very easy. room small but clean and comfy
no coffee facilities in room. sauna door didn’t close properly so not really possible to enjoy a sauna. all in all though very happy.

The facilities in the hotel are exceptional; the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were perfect after a day's skiing. There was a good variety of food available each morning for breakfast. The staff team were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

Great and cosy. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool with our 3 yo. The hotel facilities, location, breakfast and staff were all up to our expectations.

excellent location next to ski lift and proximity to Le Grand Bornand Town center. spacious room for EU standards. Excellent varied breakfast. very nice husband and wife team who welcomed us genuinely.
nothing really. One suggestion would be to let hotel guests use the automatic coffee machines during the day and after hours

The hotel is very cosy and nice. We stayed there during Biathlon Cup. The view from the balcony was very good, the apartment is nice and quite. The breackfast was perfect with excellent variety of food. What i liked most of all and the first thing i am recalling when thinking about this hotel is BATH TOWELS! they were unbelievably soft and perfect! Dear Hotel, could you please give me a guidance what label they are to purchase for my home?

Exceptionly good family hotel with anything you need, sauna, jacuzzi.
Very warm and comfy rooms, good beds, heated shower.
Very rich breakfast.
Excellent place to stay for a week.
Breakfast was absolutely the same for all 4 days. It became a bit annoying. Some small changes in cheese, sausages, sweets are welcomed.

Excellent location, comfortable room with terrace helpful and friendly staff.
Our bad luck, the pool and fitness areas were closed due to Covid and this was not clearly indicated on the site when we reserved.

ceiling was so low I couldn't standp in half of the room, and bathroom is 1 sq meter (literally)
