We didn’t actually stay here as it was extremely hot in Lima at the time. We opted to go to a hotel with A/C. This place is relatively close to the airport but not as close as it appears on the map due to road configurations and heavy traffic. It appeared clean. Needs updating but looked for a night.
Neighbourhood didn’t look very welcoming.

The accommodation is spacious and quite comfortable, although some of the appliances (eg, coffee machine, oven) and fittings (eg, left-hand kitchen sink and wall sockets) could do with some maintenance attention. However, by far, the standout feature of this accommodation is the helpfulness and kindness of Marcos, the owner. He truly is a gem who helped us with our transfers to and from the accommodation and even arranged a most excellent takeaway meal for us from a local restaurant. Overall, Taytaypa is excellent value for money, well located for the airport, and is run by an owner for whom nothing is too much trouble to support his guests. Well done, and thank you again, Marcos.
There is no aircon, but the fans in the apartment provided adequate cooling during our stay.

Marcos was exceptionally helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He helped me get local cash and a local SIM card as I hadn't got those at the airport.
Also good to have access to kitchen with kettle, etc, and the bed was a very good one so I slept really well!
Can't think of anything I didn't like!

too noisy in the morning. in general I think non of the hotels in Peru don’t have sound barrier at all. Also, the plumbing was ridiculous. when we turn on the faucet in the kitchen, the water was running in the shower😂

accurate description and location details. The really helpful as we arrived late and needed to leave early. They even gave us some breakfast for our kids. Not too sure about immediate neighbourhood but this was a great choice for a quick stopover, with a very helpful team.

Marcos & Adrienee were very hospitable & made sure our stay was comfortable & organised transport for us to & from the airport especially as we had a very early morning flight. we had lots of hot water & were given a packed breakfast to take with us when we had to leave for our flight at 3.30am.

The place has a great location if you need to sleep somewhere between your flights. The airport is only 10 minutes away by uber and there isn't usually a lot of traffic in this part of town. The staff is super helpful, although prepare for speaking some Spanish.
You get what you pay for - the facilities are a bit dated (but usable).

Marcos and his family were very kind and accommodating. Airport pickup service was great. very close to the airport and comfortable accommodations.

Close to the airport and comfy beds! The lady at reception helped us get an Uber to get to the airport in the morning. Perfect for a night in Lima if you have a long layover. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included as well.
The name of the location is incorrect and when you put it into maps it says it’s an hour away. This location (10 mins from the airport) is actually called Taytaypa and our taxi driver had a hard time finding it. He ended up calling the number we gave to him to help him find it. Address/name of location should be updated for future travelers to avoid confusion.

All was perfect thanks to Marcos. We arrived about 18:00 and thanks to Marcos we had possibility to take a dinner into a local caffe with peruvian cuisine and to visit the same evening Larco museum. All the time we were accompanied by Marcos and he used his car. All was perfect organized and the appartments were suitable and comfortable, breakfast was nice and Marcos delivered us to airport back next day early morning. The best attitude which we have ever meet!!!
