We can confirm the positive reports that you can read below. Even though in early November the weather was not perfect during all days, our stay was! The house is for sure worth a stay throughout the year! The communication (in English) with the host was easy and relaxed from the beginning. Upon our arrival, we were picked up downtown and brought to the house where we had a warm welcome. We felt excellent hospitality from the first moment of our stay until our departure. The inside of the house is looks clean and fresh like it had been opened just before our arrival. The owner takes great care of the property and pays unusual attention to many details. The pictures in the description depict the reality. Actually, in reality it is even nicer! The little garden and the pool are maintained very well and allowed for beautiful hours of undisturbed relaxation in privacy. Probably, in the summer peak season there must be more noise from the surrounding area (caravan camping), but then – on the other hand – you are in the heart of a vacation hotspot, with beautiful beaches, lots of restaurants and bars, where people meet to celebrate the summertime. Off-season this place offers unexpected peace, just right for a short escape from the cold temperatures in the North. We can highly recommend this place and have already recommended it to several friends of ours, and we look forward to coming back again soon. Ein überaus freundlicher, aber keinesfalls aufdringlicher Gastgeber, der dieses Haus modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet hat. Flottes Internet kompensiert die terrestrische Fernsehantenne (aber wer kommt schon zum Fernsehen nach Sizilien?). Ein großer Supermarkt in der Nähe, viele Restaurants, die in der Nebensaison aber z.T. geschlossen sind. Das Haus ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die absolut sehenswerten Städte in der Nähe. Wir haben unsere Abreise bedauert, wollen da definitiv noch mal hin.

We spent amazing week in this place. Everything was perfect. The place, the house with a garden, nice pool, good Internet connection. Ideal place for a couple to spent sunny holiday in Sicily. There is quite place, at the same time supermarket (which works at Sunday too) and beach are not far away. Vittorio and Lia was very friendly. Thanks a lot for great holidays! Andrey and Olga

This house is very comfortable and modern.The owner Vittorio is very helpful and nice guy.Everything is perfect and clean : from the bathroom until the kitchen.After the long day visit nothing is better than this litle jaccuzzi.There are a lot of beautiful places to visit around the house : like Scicli the little village so charmant.If you are looking to the quiet place on the beach go to Punta Braccetto. The house is not only well equipped, sunny and even in colder March days warm and dry, the reality is better than the advert. We spend a splendid, relaxing week in this very new, clean, and tastefully furnished holiday home. And from all rooms you can see the Mediterranean. Grocery shops are just around the corner, and Marina di Ragusa is centrally located to visit sites like Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa or just to enjoy the wonderful, sandy beaches nearby or different bicycle paths. Vittorio is an excellent landlord. He promptly answered our questions, is very responsive without being intrusive, and warmly welcomed us. We can highly recommend this lovely casa and hope to come back soon.

We stayed for a week at the end of December, 2013. The house really does look as good as it does in the photographs and was beautifully prepared for our arrival. Vittorio was friendly and helpful and made sure that everything was OK for us. It is a very stylish, well-equipped and pleasant living space. The location was good as a base for touring this very interesting corner of Sicily with lots of places worth a look - Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and beyond. Perfetto.

We had a lovely holiday. Vittorio the owner was helpful and charming. The apartment was delightful, clean and modern, in a beautiful setting. The area is interesting with wonderful beaches. Lots of places nearby of historical and archaeological interest. We will definitely be returning.
