La nostra casa "Casa dos Pinheiros", completata nell'estate 2006, è una moderna villa a un piano con aria condizionata in vero stile portoghese. Situato sulla cima di una collina con viste eccellenti sulla città medievale di Obidos, sul mare e sulla laguna naturale più grande del mondo che porta al mare. La casa è situata nel grazioso villaggio di Capeleria a soli 45 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Lisbona. Completamente climatizzato / riscaldato. La casa dispone di quattro camere da letto che possono ospitare comodamente otto, tra cui una culla e seggiolone per i più piccoli. Due bagni, uno en-suite e uno con vasca e doccia. Con un soggiorno composto da un salone, zona pranzo, cucina con bar per la colazione e ripostiglio con una piscina a sfioro riscaldata 12m x 5m e una grande terrazza con barbecue. Immerso in 6500 metri quadrati di giardini e frutteti con pesche e susini. Perfetto per famiglie e amici, tranquillo in mezzo a spettacolari viste panoramiche, 10 minuti in auto dalle spiagge, 15 minuti a piedi o 5 minuti in auto dalla città medievale fortificata e dal castello di Obidos con festival annuali di Natale, medievale, cioccolato e opera, bar di fado e tapas , Supermercato "Pingo Doce" e piscina pubblica coperta. Villa estremamente ben attrezzata, footie da tavolo, rete da basket, SKY, lettore DVD, TV / radio Freesat, WIFI, barbecue ecc. Una proprietà davvero straordinaria.

Fabulous villa, immaculate and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a family. The pool is large for a villa and very well maintained. The views down to Obidos are amazing. We absolutely loved it as we prefer places a bit off the beaten track. If you want to be within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars, this isn’t the place for you. If you are happy to BBQ the lovely local fish and walk to the restaurant down the road for dinner from time to time, it’s perfect. Obidos is only a 5-7 minute drive away for lunch. But please don’t come here, because we want to keep this gem to ourselves.!!

Very easy communication with the owners. Heated pool is a plus otherwise it would be too cold to swim. Enjoyed our stay despite the wind and weather.

We had such a lovely time here. The people were lovely from the start and everything exceed expectations. its a beautiful villa with spectacular views a huge swimming pool and the area is fabulous. Obidos and the beach are truly stunning.

We were 2 couples who stayed at this villa for 12 days and loved every minute. The home is clean, bright and spacious. The pool was perfect to cool off in and relax around after a day of sightseeing. The location was very private yet minutes from groceries and highway access and the best little restaurant with the best food ever! Owners were very responsive and really helpful. We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in the villa. The kids practically lived in the pool and the views from the deck are stunning. The villa itself is very well equipped and the lay out is perfect. We were 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of space. We had one problem when we were there but after messaging Richard he responded in minutes and the management company came and got it all fixed 15 minutes after that! We were very impressed and appreciative of the the speedy response.
Óbidos is beautiful with lots of lovely restaurants and gift shops. The local restaurant served really good food and is definitely worth a visit. The beaches are beautiful and the lagoon is great for the kids with calm shallow water to play in.
Overall would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

This was our 7th time at this wonderful villa and that says it all. We love this place. Great location, great food and a great swimming pool. Beaches are superb as well. Left a couple of inflatables for the next guests as well. Thanks to the Allens.

Richard was very helpful when booking. We had a number of queries when we were at the villa and Richard was very responsive. Villa is in a good location to visit the beach towns and local markets. We stayed for two weeks and the bed linen was not changed. Other villas I have rented the linen has been changed after the 1st week. The pool and bbq area was enjoyed by the whole family as were the plums we picked at the end of the garden. The local restaurant is a must very good food for adults and kids. Overall we really enjoyed staying at this villa.

We spent two weeks in Óbidos and this lovely villa! Great house, fantastic garden and view. The pool was perfect for us!
The owner was very helpful and friendly and always responded quickly to all my questions.
We also visited Óbidos lagoon and it was amazing and really worth a visit!

Villa was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
Pool was great for the kids (and the dad's!) and they loved the pool toys that were there.

Just returned from an amazing stay at a fantastic, idealic apartment. The host Richard could not have been more accommodating or helpful . Would highly recommend this to anyone considering visiting Portugal.
