Breakfast OK as per Bulgarian style. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had nice lunch in Restaurant.

The internet connection is very bad, not many choices at breakfast.

I liked the location(it is not 250 feet, it is aprox 750-1000 feet from the hotel to the beach, but still close), staff at the reception is very friendly, the fact that they cleaned and changed towels daily is a plus.

Breakfast was the worse! Some of the food was reused 2-3 days in a row(sausage, omlette we ve seen the same bits underneath the new ones). Coffee was really bad. Had to pay 2 leva to buy coffee from the reception area.There is, as a lot of guests wrote, a smell around pipes in bathroom and kitchen area. Everything inside the hotel is very old fashioned. Inside the apartament there is one large bed and two small and quite old armchairs which expand. No nets on windows.Pool area needs cleaning from mold. Had to talk to 3 people at the reception in order to pay. Like in most of Kranevo people do not know english, not even on a basic level.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, good and tasty breakfast selection.

Lack of cleaning, there were spiders in the room. It didn't freak us out, but it was a telling sign for the lack of cleaning quality. The water in the pool was kind of stale, lightly green... so we didn't get to try it.

Close to everything, reception staff, room size, air conditioning was ok and shower powerful

No housekeeping bins not emptied or cleaning done in room throughout stay of 5 days, breakfast was not our thing as not enough choice pool was unusable as green and murky and WiFi very hit and miss

Location close to beach and main street. Where there are many restaurants. And bars.
