Very central location

Beautiful Building and rooms, lovely decorations, well located.

Airco in the room was not working and staff didn’t react to our complain. We had to sleep in a room at 30 degree even if Airco was on. Not a good experience. We didn’t sleep all night. Shower pressure was low, fridge didn’t cool up. Not acceptable for such hôtel category

Clean Breakfast was fabulous

Said it was a duplex. It was… but down stairs was literally a corridor with a small desk at the bottom with one chair (described as dining area) and an air conditioning unit. And toilet. No where comfy to sit. Upstairs was the bed. It was an attic with sloping sides. My hubby is 6.4’’ so that was my own fault for not reading that. Asked if we could change to another room and none available, fair enough…. My fault for not reading the description. Air con downstairs lovely and we were showed how to use that, but upstairs like an oven as soon as you stepped on the stairs. There was an AC unit, but didn’t seem to be working. When I went to reception to say there was no AC upstairs, member of staff said there was and then showed us (it was behind the headboard of the bed! She was quite abrupt about it as if we were an inconvenience. There was just very little warmth and hospitality about the hotel - which came from the staff. A short tutorial of how the units worked upstairs in 38 degree heat could have avoided us having to ask!

Clean new good location

The hotel with its special charm is inconspicuously hidden behind a Venetian-style arch and has been tastefully restored in the style typical of the country. It makes a very well-kept impression and is only a few steps away from the harbour basin and the old town. One felt very comfortable and welcome. Everything was in top order, clean and tidy. Comfortable, stylishly furnished rooms with free upgrade, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with large shower. Beautiful ambience at breakfast, which is very high quality and delicious. The staff made it a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Location was good, and they have restored the stonework features beautifully

The rooms are quite claustrophobic, being mainly a staircase to the eaves and no real room to stand up in the upstairs area

Wonderful, friendly and helpful team. Room was larger than expected. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. Location is perfect for accessing the ACI Marina.
