- Despite my initial impression of the location being so-so, I quickly realized that it was actually quite convenient, with shops, buses, and the metro all within walking distance, making it a good location overall. - The room itself was very comfortable and cozy, with a warm atmosphere that made me feel at home. The bed was good, and the linens were both clean and comfortable. - I was particularly pleased with the water pressure, which was strong and consistent, and the hot water was always available. As a light sleeper, I was also grateful for the privacy the room provided, as I didn't need to use earplugs at all. - The host's hospitality was top-notch, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.

The Wi-Fi was often weak and sometimes nonexistent, making it difficult to work or have video conferences. Despite this, the location was convenient and the room was cozy and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel unless you rely heavily on the internet.

Ideal place to stay in Tbilisi. Not far to the metro station and supermarket. Good to have access to a kitchenette.

Extremely welcoming hosts ready to chat and spend time with guests when they can. Clean and quiet space located not far from metro station, near Ortachala bus station and Isani which are important hubs going east to Kakheti.

Very nice room with bathroom, perfect air-con, fast internet. Comfortable beds. Everything is very clean. The family running this accommodation is very hospitable. Several times we had some food and drinks together, talking about very interesting topics, which helped me love and understand Georgia even more. There's a metro station and Carrefour nearby.

.Super nice people at this family run guest house. Lovely room with large bathroom & good sized shared kitchen with everything you need. Supermarket, shops & metro are only a short walk away so you can be in the centre of Tbilisi in 10-15 mins. Will definitely stay again... One of the nicest places I've stayed in Tbilisi!

Everything was perfect,

It was clean, nice bathroom, good shower, the A/C worked perfectly. WiFi was good. The peace and quiet - I never saw another person in my stay there.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A simple though cozy, functional, very clean and beautiful room with an ensuite bathroom and two shared kitchens in a great location in Tbilisi, so you can both, easily go everywhere (many buses lines, close to two metro stations), and enjoy the residential vibe and the trade of the neighborhood (among them there's a mall with a Carrefour very close). But what I appreciated most were the hosts. Good-hearted people, committed to making their guests feel welcome, you can see their efforts in many details around the space, and of course, the way they care about you. After a long time in Georgia, dealing with all kinds of places and hosts, I'm happy that my last stay left me with fond memories. I can just thank and wish them all the best!

I enjoyed everything. Perhaps, according to the room you stay in, you might hear a bit of your neighbor's noise coming from the hallway (there are soundproof windows). As almost everywhere, the silence also depends on other guests. Although there is an option when doing the reservation (would you like a calm room?) which I forgot to mark. In any case, it was totally acceptable.
