Clean and tidy apartment. Close to all amenities. Supermarket 100m restaurants 50m bars 100m. Jose was available and responded almost instantly. Everything was on hand from bedding to supplied toiletries, towels to coffee pods, cleaning equipment and lotions to outdoor cushions. Big enough apartment for 2 adults. Just put bed away. Just excellent.

Excellent in every way

The first floor studio was very clean and well equipped and its location was very good. It had a very spacious, sunny balcony/terrace with table and chairs for eating and larger chairs for relaxation. There was also a built-in BBQ oven. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket and a pizza take-away on the doorstep. Jose, the host was very helpful and quickly replied to our queries.

Although it wasn't that much of a problem, the studio stow-away wall bed meant having to pull the bed down every night and putting it away each morning. The apartment we were in did not have a sea view.

Nothing

Nice area. Plenty places close by such as supermarkets and pubs/restaurants. Walking distance to beach/puerto marina, arroyo de la miel and areas such as Ibensa square. Apartment itself was clean and had all that was advertised. The pool was nice and close in the centre of Pueblo Evita and the keys provided opened all the gates to get in and around the area.

had everything you needed to relax. weather was poor so Netflix came in handy and easy to use. owner was very accommodating with a late check out and also kept in touch to if everything ok. everything you could need for dining and balcony was large with mountain view. lots of takeaways 30 seconds away

This is the best apartment I have ever lived, and with the balcony and a lot of surprises makes it the perfect house. Very recommend!

Everything is perfect !!

Very compact and well equipped with almost anything you need, especially in the kitchen area and bathroom. Spotlessly clean throughout when we arrived. Access to the swimming pool was added value. The therapeutic sound from the tennis courts opposite deep into every evening felt very relaxing.

Two things to be perfectly honest. One was the lack of a reading lamp, especially near the sofa. If the main room light isn’t left on you’ll need a head torch if you want to read in bed. The second isn’t something that bothered us that much but people who want to book this property need to be aware: Pueblo Blanco is close to a fairly busy roundabout and it can be noisy. We stayed at the property with the doors and windows open day and night (despite there being air conditioning which we didn’t use) but it didn’t bother us.

The booking of this place was great from start to finish, Jose was in contact right from the start helping with directions and he met us outside the apartment, he spent a good 30 Minutes showing us around the whole complex and making sure we had everything we needed, he asked us to contact him if we needed him. A short time later as promised he sent us details of loads of great places to go to eat. He left us with a good supply of tea coffee wine biscuits, the apartment has everything you need Jose has not left anything out at all, WiFi was great and fast, Tv even has Netflix, great balcony to relax on with plenty of seats. The beach is a short walk the supermarket is across the road, there is a great empanada shop next door. It’s just a short walk to the train station, cable car, and Tívoli park. Jose was a great host from start to finish he very kindly let us check out a bit later as we had a later flight home. Jose fully deserves the rating that he has for his apartment I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again as the guy really is a perfect 10

Jose was an excellent host. He couldn’t do enough for us, explained everything. Location was great for us as we like to walk. We had complimentary drinks and shampoo lotion etc in the bathroom, that was a lovely touch. Apartment was lovely and clean everything that we needed. A lovely outdoor space, which had table and chairs, and another seating area. We used this a lot. Will definitely return.

Jose was brilliant at keeping in contact from the moment we booked. Meet him directly outside the apartment for check in which was seamless. He answered any queries immediately whilst we were there. This apartment has much more extras in it than any other we’ve been in. It was spotless and the shower was excellent. Really well placed for beach, Selwo Marina and Benalmadena Marina. Great host and great break.
