De parking bij het hotel was ideaal.Heel vriendellijk en behulpzaam personeel.Ruime keuze ontbijt en goede uren om te ontbijten.Ruime kamer met zicht op abdijberg.
Het bad was vrij diep en glad en dit toch zeker voor mensen die wat ouder zijn en/of moeilijk te been.Het in en uitstappen was moeilijk.

Gute Lage, große klimatisierte Zimmer
Haare vom Vorgänger im Badezimmer die man bei der Reinigung hätte sehen müssen. schimmelflecken und Spinnweben in den Ecken. Keine Nachttische. Und das für den Zimmerpreis

Grösse des Zimmers war gut...die Austattung war absolut ausreichend, und die Lage vom Hotel sowie die Parkmöglichkeiten gut... besonders cool fanden wir den Kicker und die Snackautomaten.
Waren schon in vielen Hotels... aber das Frühstück war noch nie so schlecht... die Auswahl an sich war in ordnung ... allerdings waren die Brötchen sowie der Aufschnitt nicht mehr frisch... es war ok um seinen Hunger zu stillen mehr aber auch nicht.
Die Betten im Zimmer waren nur 2 Einzelbetten zu einem grossen zusammen geschoben. Beide einzelbetten hatten Rollen so das leider immer ein Bett zur Seite gerollt ist und eine riesen Lücke entstanden ist, was unserer Meinung nach wirklich nicht geht.

Der erste Gesamteindruck war, dass dieses Hotel bisher viele Gäste gesehen hat und diese zahlreiche Spuren hinterlassen haben. Im Lobbybereich, im Treppenhaus , in den Gängen und auch auf dem Zimmer im Hotel konnte ein Grundduft von Zigarettenrauch wahrgenommen werden. Bett bequem und Frühstück ok.
Gerüche aus Gardinen und Teppichböden nicht bloß übertünchen, denn ein frischer Wind tut gut.

One of the cleanest rooms and bathrooms I have encountered in the last 20 years. Very impressive! Personnel was friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms look good
Guest parking was not cheap, but pricing was okay.

Having to pay for the car park is a real negative. We stayed last year and didn’t pay. We will take this into consideration when booking future trips

Comfortable play to stay after a long time on the road. The bed was comfortable and the bar was fantastic. Very pleasant guy running the bar and great beer on tap as well as good food. It looked like they were building a park/walk area directly across the road which would be nice in the summer.
It seems to be very dated. It needs renovating to bring it into the 2020s because it is stuck in the 90s with the furniture. I've stayed in modern and cheaper hotels in Germany.

The mistake in the payment. They get 2 times the payment on my card.
In the next time, I never book the hotel which the guarantee by card on your website because the hotels can take my money like they want.

I've visited a couple of Leonardo hotels and the experience so far has been good. It is a very good value for money.
Some rooms have a fridge others they don't, it's impossible to know in advance. Despite I would rate the room as clean, there were a couple of things that weren't, like this decorative fabric that covers part of the bed.
