We came during the off-season so I expected a quiet stay with maybe less service but we had great service facilities were tip top. It was a great working trip thanks to the hotel.

Continental breakfast , standard selection but enough for most tastes. Rooms were clean and had everything required. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Some reviews we read before booking led us to underestimate this hotel. It is VERY nice: a beautiful view from the window, lovely staff, amazing breakfast, such a comfy bed. We landed at KEF airport, picked up a car and headed for the ferry. This is the perfect first stop to relax and recover from that overnight flight, especially if you're like me and just can't sleep sitting up on a plane.

Nice room in a good-sized hotel in Heimaey. The location is close to the port with excellent access to the ferry port, restaurants and sights. The staff were helpful and the facilities included jacuzzi and sauna access. Breakfast was good with the usual hot and cold items. Would strongly recommend.

One of the best hotels. It was my third stay here and I will choose it again every time. Excellent location on the wonderful island of Heimaey, my room had a view over Eldfell and Helgafell, the two volcanoes on the island. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was spatious, clean, comfortable and it had everything I needed. There is a restaurant, a sauna, luggage storage options and the staff is always there to help you. Great value for money and a pleasant place to stay while exploring beautiful Vestmannaeyjar.
Absolutely nothing to mention here.
