Localização, serviço e café da manhã

A pousada tem muita área verde, quatro piscinas, espaços abertos. O café é diversificado e dispõe de tapioca e ovos feitos na hora. As moças da cozinha e da recepção foram muito receptivas.Usando máscaras corretamente.

A falta de máscara por parte dos rapazes que ficam na portaria e muitos hóspedes circulando sem a devida proteção de máscara facial, mesmo tendo um aviso na portaria da obrigatoriedade, infelizmente desrespeitado por funcionários e hóspedes. A pandemia não acabou e a Covid-19, continua matando pessoas.

Staff was super kind and so the owner, great energy. Facilities were always clean and beautiful (pool, garden, restaurant, snooker). Breakfast is awesome! And so the pastas...As the owner is Italian. Extra large bed was like heaven and room (lodge) was super spacious and clean. For those that want to surf is simply the best location ever in Praia do Frances. (near surf spot).

Nothing in specific. Only one improvement. A good and new pan would be great for those who cook.

Staff was great, very helpful. The room has smart tv, they changed towels regularly, AC was strong, and they serve afternoon snacks. Plus they have a no portable sound speaker policy, which is great! Silence much appreciated!

They don’t have a lot of extra pillows, furniture is really basic (although new and clean!), and the shower was electric. But none of that downgraded the experiencie!

The property has amazing grounds, swimming pools, gardens and it’s quite peaceful as it located away from main roads but otherwise short walking distance to the centre.

The rooms are well worn out and need urgent updating/ refurbishment etc. When you shower the water goes all over bathroom floor as the drainage seems to be constantly blocked. Yellow lights would give rooms and surroundings nice more welcoming look.
