The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. They allowed us to check in a bit early and also helped arrange a cab for us to get to our next destination.

the hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. the breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

the internet was a bit flakey in that it would disappear for a bit now and then and was a bit slow. the water took time to warm in the shower and it only got warm not hot.

Quiet location, so good sleep, but still easily walkable area. Nice staff who provided advice on day trips we planned. Good breakfast included (fruit, eggs, bread, juice, coffee/tea). Hot water. AC. Delightful hotel dogs. Hammocks on balconies.

US ownership: prefer to stay in locally, Ecuadorean-owned establishments, but many of the places with more amenities like this one are foreign-owned

Very kind staff who were attentive to our requests, despite language barriers. The food is mostly comparable in price to the rest of the places in town and much higher in quality, although with a slightly shorter menu. Victor was very accommodating and helpful. it was fairly quiet considering it is on a road and the main shared areas were superb! We enjoyed our stay so much we canceled our other plans and stayed another night! We would definitely stay again!

Room & view was great but no TV in our room

We wanted to have a drink at our bar but they had nothing- no Club beer and no tequila. Very bad for a hotel bar. When we were there a few years ago everything was much better. Are there new owners?

The breakfasts were excellent as were other meals we had there. Great cooks and a varied menu! Excellent location, right in front of the beach, oceanfront rooms with a goodsized balcony.

Sometimes could hear dogs barking. No fault of the hotel and it wasn't a lot.
