This property is set up for ease of use - it had everything to amuse all family members, and was then only 100 meters from the beach and a hiking trail. We could not ask for better.

We had a great holiday - lovely villa with everything we needed for 6 adults plus 2 children. Indoor pool was great - 3 year old especially enjoyed it. Very short walk to a great beach

An outstanding property in a great location. Just one minute for the beach and 5 minutes in the car to the centre of Sainte Marine. Spacious and well laid out property that is very well equipped. The indoor pool was great. We ate at two great resturants in Sainte Marine, Le Cafe du Port and Bistro du Bac. The Super U supermarket was less than 10 minutes away. The host, Michel. was excellent at communicating and Miriam the manager was very helpful. The Wi-fi worked very well. Cornouaille Botanical Garden is well worth a visit. No hesitation in recomending this property.

Saint-Marine is a beautiful location.
The beach is only a five minute walk and is large and safe .
The pool and table tennis were enjoyed by everyone.

We spent one week in this luxurious and spacious house as a family of four. The house is very modern and fully equipped with all types of amenities including barbecue, beach chairs, table tennis etc. etc. There are four bedrooms with very comfortable beds and three shower baths with separate toilets each. The great living space on the ground floor offers magnificent views on the ever-changing sea scape while you are eating and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. This is really spectacular. The fantastic indoor pool is well maintained, very clean and wonderfully warm which came in very handy during our week with mixed Breton weather. The owner provides a complete guide to the use of the house which is very useful and one guide to the area, including shopping and dining options. This is a really good service. The property is completely fenced in so this is good for dog owners.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Das Haus und die Umgebung sind ein Traum. Nach einer langen Anreise hat uns der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer direkt entschädigt. Wir (2 befreundete Familien) haben die Lage, Sauberkeit des Hauses und die Ausstattung sehr geschätzt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war mit den Kindern ideal und nachmittags haben wir den tollen Pool genossen.
Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Wir wollten coronabedingt größere Menschenansammlungen und größere Städte meiden und hatten trotzdem sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Nur zu empfehlen!

La villa O Bord de l'eau porte bien son nom. Tres jolie maison, excellemment décorée, environnement et vues superbes, très bien équipée, joli jardin Tout y est pour un bon séjour. Piscine et petits cadeaux de bienvenue et Christine disponible en cas de besoin. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir. Merci

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, es fehlt an nichts.
Es war für alle Altersstufen ein erholsamer Urlaub. Auch unser Hund wurde am Strand geduldet (Ende der Saison), obwohl offiziell Hunde am Strand verboten sind.
Der Ort Sainte Marine bietet nicht sehr viel, das muss man sich vorher ansehen, ob einem das Angebot der Restaurants ausreicht.
Der Strand und die Klippen sind super abwechslungsreich für endlose Spaziergänge.

Emplacement et prestation de qualité
Maison à 2 pas de la plage. La piscine couverte est chauffée a bonne température et les enfants en ont bien profité. Sainte Marine est bien située pour rayonner et découvrir la pointe de la Bretagne. Il manquait juste une Nespresso, mais apparemment elle va arriver pour les prochains locataires...
À refaire !

Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très jolie villa décorée avec goût, bien équipée et très bien située à quelques mètres de la plage et du sentier côtier. La vue mer, la piscine chauffée couverte, ainsi que les jeux, livres et DVD pour enfants sont très appréciables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Besser geht nicht !
Einzigartige Lage direkt am Strand. Es gibt einfach nichts auszusetzen. Tolle Ausstattung aller Zimmer - modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Immer wieder !

Magnifique villa au bord de l’eau
Nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement bien dans cette maison qui est très jolie, extrêmement bien agencée et décorée. Son équipement est très moderne et fonctionnel. Tout est agréable et bien pensé.
L’emplacement est idéal pout se rendre à la plage ou au port à pied. Nous avons apprécié les repas pris sur la terrasse avec la belle vue mer et les enfants ont adoré la piscine.

Just fab!
We have just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely house. There were 5 adults, a 5 year old and a 3 year old.
The children agreed the best things about the house were the pool and the remote control shutters! The adults loved the sea view and the fact the house was clean and so well equipped with everything you'd need.
The views out to sea were perfect. We didn't have the best weather but the pool definitely kept the children entertained. The beach is lovely and totally unspoilt.
Myriam, the housekeeper, was so helpful. Any queries were dealt with quickly. Both of our children were ill whilst we were away and she was able to recommend a good doctor's surgery.
The Carrefour in Benodet is good (closes at 1pm on a Sunday), the E.Leclerc in Fousenent is a great Hypermarket.

It is advisable to reserve a table if possible as most places were full by 12.30pm!
Sainte Marine is just a 10 minute walk and is beautiful with plenty of restaurants. We didn't eat in Sainte Marine but a couple of the restaurants were lovely in the evenings for drinks - Le Cafe du Port and Le Cafe de la Cale. A taxi boat goes from a slipway by Le Cafe de la Cale over the river to Benodet for just a couple of Euros.
It really is a truly lovely place in a perfect location, we will definitely return.

Meine Familie und ich haben jeden Tag in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Alles war perfekt und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Übergabe und Abnahme mit dem freundlichen Service-Team war sehr gut und unproblematisch.
Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die ganze Region, lädt aber auch zum Verweilen ein.
Mit der Abdeckung im Pool und abschließbarem Zugang wurde auch an die Sicherheit (Kinder) gedacht.

Amazing house in a stunning location
We stayed here with our 2 and 4 year old and had a perfect week on the beach. The house was even better than the pictures and spotlessly clean, the only downside was that there wasn't actually air conditioning as stated on the description, although the house was extremely cleverly designed to keep out the heat with its reflective windows, but in a heat wave I missed air con!
Literally a 10 second walk to a beautiful beach which we spent most days at and the town of at. Marine is so picturesque it was like being on a film set, we had some amazing lunches out there and also in Benodet, taking the little ferry across the river for 2 euro which the kids loved.
The swimming pool was a massive draw for us and was perfectly heated and sized for our family, and being able to open the windows totally up for the kids to run around in the garden was great.
Michael and Myrim were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place
Fabulous accommodation with everything you need to relax. The location is beautiful with lovely sandy beaches. Lots to explore with some lovely restaurants near by.
The indoor pool is great especially if the weather is not good the kids loved it!

Excellent location for family holidays
This house is exactly as described. 100 mtrs from the most amazing clean sandy beach, that also has rock pools! Excellent walking opportunities. easy 10 minute walk into Saint Marine where there is an excellent small supermarket, a bakery, bars and restaurants by the harbour. There is a Super U about 5 minutes down the road towards Combrit.
The housekeeper Myrium is friendly and very helpful.
I would recommend this house and location.

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse ca. 100m vom Strand und Küstenweg entfernt. Tolles Hallenbad mit warmen 29 Grad, grosszügiger Küche und Wohnbereich sowie eingezäuntes Gartenareal.
Im Oberen Stock 2 Badzimmer / Schlafzimmer mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Ozean.
Alles sauber und neuwertig.
Eigene Garage vorhanden.
Als nach einem Sturm dir Heizanlage nicht mehr funktionierte, hat die Agentur und der Eigentümer sofort reagiert (an einem Sonntag). Am Montag war wieder alles in Ordnung.
