it was charming, welcoming and perfect in every way

The location is great! In centre but not in the most crowded place. The host is super nice and helpful. The bed is very very comfortable, we want the same mattress now for our home bed). We are very happy with this choice and definitely will recommend this place!

My partner and I were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. Bart was a very attentive host! The room, though I believe it's the smaller of the three, was a spacious, bright and comfortable. And very quiet! Breakfast was wonderful, and we particularly enjoyed our afternoon in the sauna. The natural plunge-pool was a unique experience!

Les Invités was surely the nicest B&B we've stayed in, so it's very hard to find fault!

No faults at all Bart went above and beyond to accommodate. Faultless and flawless.

Without a doubt the best location, host and stay in Brugge!

Everything was great, from the place (beautiful house and room, well equipped and well situated) to our very friendly and very attentive hosts. The breakfast was excellent too.

Apart from a shower door, we don't see anything to improve :-)

Very warm welcome from the host who gave lots of local info. 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Brugges. 10 minutes walk from the station. A glass of wine or bubbly to share in the evening. And some sweet treats waiting on each return. Could leave my luggage on check-out day. Breakfast option is available but I didn’t use it.

Well appointed. Within the Bruges Centre in the chocolate shop district. Friendly. Magnificent breakfasts. Warm. Walk in shower. Daily gifts of cake and wine.

Absolutely everything! From even before we arrived, Bart was on hand to help accommodate our arrival. We were sent a tips & tricks in advance and were even allowed to check in an hour earlier due to our arrival time. There was a welcome drink and snack when we got there and Bart couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was snug and well designed. The bed was huge and so comfy. It had everything you need as a base for the city. It was about 5-10 mins from everything too which made it a great base to explore from.

The location is amazing, within 10-15min walk to everything- train/bus station, windmills, major attractions; located in a quiet&nice street. The room is clean and light, the bed comfortable. Little treats left in the late afternoon are perfect after a day of sightseeing. Bart is welcoming and friendly, with ready tips to share. There is also the flexibility of self-check-in which is a great option to have. Had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

More of a note really, some shelve space in the shower would be great

Bart and Magali are super welcoming and very attentive to their guests. The room was clean, quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was copious and delicious. The building is ideally located and you can visit the city by foot easily. I recommend it 100%!

The hosts were excellent, very polite, caring and friendly! The room was spotless with all amenities daily. The hotel breakfast was rich with many choices of savory and sweet flavors. The location of the hotel is right in the city center very close to all the attractions, shops and the train station. I highly recommend it!

We found the various necessary codes a bit daunting for our declining grey matter.

Breakfast was amazing!! The owner Bart was friendly and helpful! His restaurant tips were very good as well as his lovely French buldogue Marie!!

The house is stunning! So much natural light and everything you could dream of. Rain shower, huge bath, blackout blinds, super king bed and lots of little extras. I really appreciated the special attention given to me as a coeliac. They went above and beyond at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Bart and his wife were lovely and so helpful. We were so sad to leave and will be back! Thanks for everything!
