Alle Räume waren angenehm warm trotz klirrender Kälte draussen. Die Ausstattung hat mich angenehm überrascht. Den Balkon/Terrasse kann man im Sommer bestimmt gut genießen ;)

The Hostess (Rita) met me upon my arrival to provide me the keys, and to also go over details of arranging a wine tasting and grill fest. In addition she asked me if I would like to have fresh Brotchen delivered to my apartment every morning on or before 6am. I said Yes, that would be great, and I selected (Dinkel Semmeln) and received fresh and daily during my stay...with exceptions on Sunday, as it was a bit later than 6am. This is the first apartment I have stayed in that provided such service, simply amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for self service, a home away from home. The Balcny and lovely garden was below, and very peaceful and lovely. I also asked if there was a Wine Probe nearby that I could attend, and Rita (Hostess) arranged for a Wine Probe in her garden/my apartment. Now that was such a surprise, and she also asked if I would like to have a Grill Fest during the wine tasting, and that was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond as a Hostess to include her Husband Klaus. What a amazing trip in a lovely, quiet village in Sosberg!

All went very well and it was a bi HOT during my stay, however no problems whatsoever. I was so pleased with my trip, I am returning this week, and Rita, Klaus and I are going to attend. This location, is suitable for singles, couples and families, to enjoy the lovely peaceful area to bike, walk and go hiking. A very enjoyable time, indeed. I can surely recommend this lovely apartment with Rita and Klaus to everyone, and I would recommend to book early!!1

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the view great. The bathroom big and clean with a washing machine. We did like the village to be quiet, so don't expect shops and supermarkets. The place is a good starting point for trips around and the famous Geierlay bridge even on walking distance. The possibility of ordering fresh bread that the host delivers early in the morning is ideal.

There was nothing to complain about, really.

Big apartment and very clean. Even when some of the closets looked old, everything you need is available in the apartment. The apartment has a romantic fireplace. The host offered to bring fresh bread from the bakery in te morning and there were many folders and maps with info of the surroundings. The host is very helpfull and flexible.

The bed was making insane much noise while turning around in our sleep.
