The house was adorable and homey and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The host answered right away. We loved eating in the sunroom! The stay in Portree was unforgettable!

The house is well located, has a lovely view , contains everything we could need and more, clean, spacy. We were 5 adults, could have easily added two more and it would be big enough.

Mattresses on beds on top floor need replacing I would strongly suggest that you find a more attractive name for the property. We almost didn't book it because it sounded so unpromising.

Excellent, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. I liked the multilevel layout and the information provided by the owners. Thoroughly recommend and would stay here again if I ever make it back to Portree!

Very nice host and the facilities provided very indeed very good. The hosts have paid a lot of attention to details like providing bread, milk, shower utilities etc which was very nice and I am truly thankful!

The mattress on the bed were either wobbly or too stiff. This is one thing traveller’s look forward too during vacation stay. Improving this will make this stay perfect! Also the first room sofas need maintenance and servicing.

Property was just as described, easy check in and spotlessly clean, good instructions/house rules. We only stayed 2 nights but would have been comfortable for longer. Easy walk down to the town for shops and restaurants. Probably not a great property for those with limited mobility.

House was very clean and had everything you need for self catering. Five minute walk to the heart of Portree. Great location as a base for exploring the island.

Ideal self-catering base for leisure activities in the vicinity. Excellent kitchen facilities. TVs in lounge and all bedrooms.

Only very slight niggle was that the advertised DVD player was in fact a combined TV/DVD in one of the bedrooms, and its DVD drive was so noisy when running that it interfered with the sound on the DVDs themselves! Fortunately there was plenty of live TV/radio choice available instead.

Plenty of space for family. Extremely thoughtful staff - welcome pack and late check out for our son who needed internet access for uni call.

Would be nice to have a bath in one of the bathrooms. Beds were a bit hard
