Location excellent… Beautiful and peaceful… Excellent views. Nice property.

I think we left it cleaner than we found it !! would like to have had a detailed instruction book to set up TV etc… ( chromecast )

The location was great. Close to all amenities. Owners lovely and responsive to questions and concerns.

The cleanliness of the place and security as front door and downstairs bedroom need to have bolt locks.

The best location in Vincentia. Gorgeous sunsets and lovely spacious rooms. Our second stay and hopefully not our last. Back gate opens to the beach perfect for sunrise walks and stand up paddle boarding. Very peaceful location.

Excellent location adjacent to beach & bicycle path. Walking distance to shops. Great views of Collingwood Beach & Jervis Bay. Large grounds area including outdoor dining areas.

Green coloured insect screens on rear sliding doors partially obscured the view. BBQ did not function. Rear sliding doors had no exterior locks.

We stayed at Driftwood Beachfront six years ago. It was a family gathering and we had a fantastic time. This time, with a growing family, we stayed a week during the Christmas hols. It was just as much fun. The house is spacious, with comfortable sofas and a large table to dine at. We often had meals in the garden, where again there is a large table to accommodate everyone. The beach is just below the garden so super handy - great with kids just walking onto the beach! And the little shopping centre is walking distance. For us this place is a piece of paradise.

Parts of the property were showing some age but appliances were all new.

Pros: Property location is fantastic with beach access right in the back, walking/running/bike path right in the back. Venecita stores are within walking distance, huskinson area a short 5 min drive away, lots of restaurants and shops all within short drive. Property is comfortable and comfortably accommodated 2 families with beds for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, laundry room, a bonus toilet downstairs comfort just like your own home. Heated mattress pads were absolutely amazing!!! Saved the nights with bitter cold temperatures. The reverse heater in the dining room was great and it warmed up the family room too. Great place for pets, one side of the area is fenced, the other has a short wall and I think it needs to be fenced. The rest of the area is fenced in the back. Great sunrises and wicked sunsets. Also watched the Dolphins swim earlier in the morning right from the master bedroom. Overall a lovely trip! Jerry was lovely and accommodating! Thanks Mate.

Cons: Property is dated and needs a bit TLC. The tap in the upstairs basin was so loud that it was waking up everyone in the house in the morning and you can hear the noise till downstairs. It was literally shaking and looked as if it was going to take off. Upstairs shower, the shower head needs to be replaced. Heater upstairs in one of the rooms was broken, Jerry was kind and brought us the heater that worked. The cooktop in the kitchen is dated, knob was broken on one of the burners. Lots of draft coming through the gaps of the back door, possibly a door sock would help fix the issue. Although the option for linen for $25 a day is there, I think linen, towels etc should all be included. We had to bring our sheets, cover, pillow slips and towels. A bit of a pain to haul all this when you want a nice holiday.

Main outside area used by guests not dog safe as advertised - low fence not secure height - my dog jumped it and escaped. Very stressful

The location is great - right on the water, walking distance to a number of beaches, and a short drive to local shops in Vincentia.

When we arrived we weren't sure if we were in the right place. The house is much more underwhelming, sad and run down than the photos indicate. There are marks on the walls, paint missing on wall corners, chipped and cracked tiles, and the living room furniture was saggy and uncomfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were like hot boxes, which made it difficult to sleep at night. One of the sink taps in the main bathroom doesn't work. As we were leaving, there was a man mowing the lawn. We weren't sure if he was the owner or not, but he didn't acknowledge us or even make eye contact, even though we had to walk past him to get to our car. The owners requested a deposit by bank transfer, which was sent immediately, but it took several weeks, and multiple requests, for them to return it.

Best location ever. Great for families with kids.

Liked everything..maybe a better vacuum if anything..
